The food isn't by any means super fancy at the café, it was quite mediocre but it was cheap. Carrefour sells everything- clothes, shoes, food etc. I was quite impressed by the large selection of ham and cheese. How I wish I had a kitchen in my hotel so I could buy loads of ham, cheese, and a loaf of baguette. I ended up buying so much bottled water that I had to take a cab back to my hotel haha.
