Dude is a joke. Talked to him for 30 seconds and figured out what kind of person he is. His sales…read morepitch to me was that I didn't have a website and it was a "problem". I informed him we do have a website. He looked it up and found it real quick. For some reason he still said my business didn't come up after literally showing me my own website. I told him you can also google my business and it comes right up. He acted like he was about to do my business a favor and was highly offended I didn't need his services. If you need a website this guy isnt even on the list.

"Lack of character always reveals itself in the end...Toxic people will pollute everything around…read morethem. Don't hesitate. Fumigate." Mandy Hale A couple of weeks ago, Brett must have read my review and went on the offensive attack. First he wrote me a PM here with this insightful 4-word message: You are a douche. Again, no mention of anything being factually wrong about my review. I guess since my review made it obvious I'm NOT deleting it, he decided to tell me how he really felt. Now, instead of going back to his business model to see if there's anything he should fix/change (i.e.: listening to clients about their wants and needs, fixing and correcting the changes clients request and paid for, having steps in place to ensure quality and security of site, etc.) he spends his time retaliating against those who speak out against him. As others have said before me, "The business owner, upon reading my previous review, decided to launch personal attacks...to include sending threatening messages and fabricating quite a fantastically fictional story which he posted." He's created entirely fictitious reviews and posted them all over the internet, in an attempt to smear my current place of employment. Luckily, my new place has integrity and lets its work speak for itself. I also have a boss who's not afraid to stand up for what's right. History has proven that the truth will always reveal itself- and has made me a true believer! We have now gotten more positive reviews and client referrals. Upon seeing his actions, our clients have been so appalled, they've really rallied behind us. We have literally been showered with love and support. Talk about an eye-opening experience. Again, thanks to former reviews, we are fully prepared in case he continues his MO and sends me "threatening text messages that attempted to threaten me and my place of employment with litigation for posting a negative review of his unprofessional business practices." So Brett, I hope you see this as a lesson that scare tactics and retaliations will only get you so far. As the Bible states, "Truthful lips endure forever, but a lying tongue lasts only a moment." You've had your moment. And now that's passed. It's up to you how you want this to be resolved. You and your employees can continue attacking and creating false reviews OR you can take a good hard look at your business and business practices. I would suggest the latter. What you're doing isn't working or sustainable. Not to mention not right. In any shape or fashion.

I went to this UPS store to send a package to a family member to be picked up at another UPS store…read morein PA. What I sent weighed at 6lbs, however, per "dimensional weight" I was charged at 24lbs, which is 4x the weight. Per the store owner, the dimensions of the box also goes into account of what is being sent, which doesn't make any sense because my partner sent something with larger dimensions on his box and the item weigh more than what I've sent, and he was not charged nearly as much as I was. Either way, her response was "nice nasty". I asked would it have been cheaper to have the store package it rather than us package it, in which she responded that it would have been. I said well I wish I knew that rather than being charged four times per dimensional weight. She responds "well we couldn't help with that because it's not like we know what's in the box," but you would know what was in the box if you asked me specifically what was in there in order to inform me that there's an extra charge to insurance the item that has a value past $100 should be lost or stolen, and that I was asked by the store rep what was in the box specifically as it is on my receipt. I just believe that if something was weighed at 6 pounds and the computer is giving a dimensional weight four times the weight of what's in the package that that would have been something that would've been brought up. So now, before insurance, I'm being charged $63 to ship a 6lb item. I advise if you are going to get an item shipped from this store: That you may look into them actually packaging it so you're not charged four times more than the actual weight due to "dimensional weight" That you look into pricing when it comes to sending something store to store because apparently you're supposed to know that "each store is different and you should not randomly send things without looking into it" per the store owner(as I said "nice nasty").
