Súper discapacidad with this place. I really like to buy from local venders and support my DF…read morepeople. I made a significant purchase for my Sister Birthday on the 29th Jul. This people feel it's appropriate to show up at 7pm and then call me sister saying it will be additional fees for the attempt to re deliver on the fallowing day. When my sister stayed home all day ON her birthday b/c I asked her b/c I was going to send something to her. I attempted to reach the lady's off the ship at about 4pm to see what was going on and no reply !! Super imperfection .. if she would have just communicated with me or my sister I feel like things would have been different. People was home even when my sister was not !! Why they didn't deliver ? Is beyond me !! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLEASE !!
Este lugar hicieron esperar a mi hermana todo el día para su entrega y después a las 7 de la noche le mandan un mensaje diciendo que están intentando de dejar el entregó y para ese tiempo mi hermana no estaba en casa y le dicen que va a ser cargos adicionales para entregar la entrega el próximo día. Cómo se atreven a intentar a entregar flores a las 7:00 de la noche.yo intenté comunicarme con la señora de la tienda preguntándole qué estaba pasando y ella nunca me respondió. Qué servicio tan impresional y qué carácter de llamarle a la qué va a recibir las flores y the seadler list boneco Grandma's dinero para recibir la entrega el proximo dia. Y este orden de flores no fue barato para que no puedan entregarlo a tiempo o comunicar lo que está pasando.
