Meningie is a handy stop-off on The Coorong on the road to Robe and the Limestone Coast. What better than having a bakery lunch on the way? I've had pies and cookies from here a few times, and they have always been delicious and of a high quality. Being the only bakery around, it get very busy! I would have given it 4 stars, but the service ranges from pleasant to downright grumpy. Saying that, we still enjoyed the food, especially since there is a park across the road with a lovely view of the water and the pelicans ;) read more
