When they finally contacted me that the phone was fixed they gave me a replacement phone that malfunctioned and glitched all the time. I called to tell them they had given me a bad phone and the manager there was extremely rude and pompous. He even had the never to yell at us so "relax it'll be ready when it's ready" Finally after another month I got an actual functioning phone, but they have already lost my business. I wouldn't recommend anyone go there.

From the beginning, the service I received was nothing less than stellar. This is the first time I have ever had to take this computer in for a repair and I am very impressed with how Brandon and the entire team handled the entire process. I can't say enough good things about my experience. Having to replace my hard drive on a computer that is 6 years old was tough, but being able to save precious pictures I had of my children saved were very important to me.
