If you know anything about France, you know that the French are understandably not the friendliest people, having been inundated by tourists for decades. It was such a relief to be greeted warmly at the door and seated right away. A pretty and efficient server took our order of excellent burgers and served them with onion rings AND fries. The brownie cookie dessert was to-die-for.
The atmosphere was top-notch. The air-conditioning worked extremely well (not all French buildings are air-conditioned). There were familiar movie and tv clips playing on the far wall and even an Esso gas pump. Finally, Elvis and Marilyn hung on the doors of the men's and women's rooms. read more
