We took some friends, and I think it was four or six dollars per kid. Adults were a little bit more, but five kids and two adults was something around $30 give or take. Very reasonable for the next couple of hours! They have lots of seating, but getting there early, makes it more likely that you will be able to find, a spot you're looking for. They have lots of tables, chairs, and umbrellas that are available, but again it definitely serves you to be there a bit early. We played around for a couple hours, and it looked like they have different swim sessions throughout the week. It made for, a lovely afternoon and was a nice, relatively inexpensive, change from normal. We will definitely be back!

On the hot days of summer, Howard Hopkins Memorial Pool is a great place to come and swim a few…read morelaps or splash around as an individual or a family/group. During August and September, especially, when temps are in the 90s and 100s (degrees Fahrenheit) the pool is a perfect reprieve from the heat. The perfect recipe here is the hot days that are also windy. Because the pool is at the base of the Cascade Mountains it doesn't get as much natural airflow/wind normally. However, on the windy and hot days, the wind provides a cooling mechanism while sitting out on a lawn chair on the pool deck. There are some parking spots reserved for patrons of the pool in a parking lot bordering the pool. The rest of the lot is open to everyone, so it can get a bit crammed during the summer and on busy days during prime-time tourism season in Leavenworth. If staying not too far from the pool, I would recommend walking if possible.

Located in Chesterly park, just off 40th and River Road, it's easy to get to and go from. The place has tons of different spaces within, including an aquatic center for kids with a number of waterslides, including two that actually go out the building and inside again, as well as waiting pools and a small lazy river. The place gets busy on weekends, but thus far hasn't been overwhelming! There's a large Olympic size pool for laps as well as an adults only warmer pool and a bit ole hot tub! Downstairs is a very nice basketball court As well as locker rooms and family locker rooms. All of the lockers are day use only, so it shouldn't create the issues of not being able to store your stuff anywhere.
