Without going into painful detail, read the reviews and heed the negative reviews. I had way too many problems to list them here. Yes they are fast, and the end result is beautiful, but the quality lacked some and problems still persist 6 months later that I am left to resolve. I had to do the supervision that their staff did not. And they don't recommend how to maintain or clean the items (e.g. kitchen counter, shower mortar/stones, etc), you have to figure that out yourself. read more

I recently had my bathroom remodeled, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and truly attentive to every detail. They were a pleasure to work with. They have a showroom with many samples to choose from and helped me with my design choices. I was home at the beginning of the project but left for vacation during most of the project. I was very comfortable leaving them access to my home and it made it easier for me. They gave me a schedule at the start of the project and they made sure I was updated throughout the entire process. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding--the tile work is flawless, the fixtures were installed perfectly, and the overall design came together even better than I imagined. They also offered helpful suggestions along the way that really elevated the final look. All of the workers were nice, courteous, professional and very experienced. I was given the estimate for the job and a draw schedule. The project was completed within budget, and final payment was not expected until I was totally satisfied. If you're considering a bathroom remodel, I highly recommend this company. They deliver beautiful results and provide exceptional service from beginning to end. I attached before and after pictures. I personally didn't have anything done with this company , but as you can see down below I'm familiar with there work ,the pictures you see is one of my closest friends kitchen remodel ! We had our kitchen completely renovated in the fall of 2012 and are still finding problems with Meltini's workmanship. The latest problem is crumbling "grout" where the backsplash meets the countertop. The word grout is in quotes because we found out from our better and more trustworthy bathroom renovator that it was actually caulked not grouted. Really, after only 2.5 years and the amount of money we spent, I did not expect crumbling grout. Cabinet installation was shoddy with doors unevenly lined up. The dishwasher is not lined up flush with the sink cabinet on one side and drawers on the other side and other problems too numerous to mention. When we signed the contract with the company I was assured that the fact that this was not our primary residence was not a problem. Big Mistake! I expected that the project manager would check on the work done every day and found out later that this Did not happen. Owner Chris was rude and abrasive when dealing with problems. If you are looking to remodel your kitchen or bath, Save yourself a lot of aggravation and use someone else. read more

John D. We used Meltini for 2 projects. The first one was a big one, dealing with the Laundry Room, creating a new alcove area, and our Master Bath. This project turned out very well. The second project was a big deal for us, as we had water damage, and had to deal with our Homeowners Insurance. George Loukas, and his staff were great on this project. George made himself available to meet our Insurance Adjuster, he then scheduled and expedited the work. His staff was good on scheduling, and working to accommodate our schedules, as well. I had my whole kitchen redone last year with Meltini. Yes, with any construction project you are going to hit bumps in the road. You have to understand that they schedule all the trades (drywall, electrician, cabinet installer, countertop fabricator, tile guy, etc) and that alone is pretty amazing as for the most part, they do stick to that schedule. When you have any construction project, you have to be a little flexible. It's how the company deals with any issues that's the most important thing. We hit some bumps but Chris Loukas, the owner, was always on top of it and responded very quickly. In the end, I have a beautiful kitchen that I'm not only proud of, but enjoy looking at. (Also, I needed a drawer adjustment a couple of months later and Chris got someone out the next day. That definitely says something about his character!) read more

This has been the worst experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone. Took over a year to get Kitchen completed only to be harassed to give payment even though the job was not completed correctly. Very unprofessional people and quality of work was very poor. But most of all the customer service was poor and condescending! Do not do business with this company!! read more

Ordered a brand new vanity with crown molding on the linen cabinet. When my order arrived 4 weeks later, Meltini made a mistake and the crown molding was missing. I called and was told sorry, we will order it again and in a week when it arrives, as a courtesy we will install it. 2 weeks later, I get a call to schedule install. I take the entire day off to be there for install. The end of the time window, and no show. I call to find out where they are and I'm told that they will call the installer to get a status and call me right back. 1/2 hour goes by and no call back. Next day owner Chris calls me back and informs me that they will not install it. Meltini sucks and lies and is unreliable in their service skills and has no desire to rectify. I will never use this company again. My advice is that nobody takes a chance and finds themselves in a similar situation. There are plenty of other companies to choose from!!!! read more

Do not use this company. Contracted it to install new master bathroom sink and vanity cabinets and counter tops. A job (that should have taken 6 weeks but took 11 weeks) characterized by missed appointments and phone messages to scheduler that did not get promptly returned. When complained about this to salesman/owner, he got defensive, rude and said "Do you think you are the only customer we have?". Shoddy workmanship in initial installation required extensive punch list items. BEWARE: Fine print of their form contract reads "Cabinets are as is, no refunds are permitted". P.S. Owner offered me over $800 if I would remove my reviews. Makes you wonder if this is his normal practice, how many other negative reviews would be out there but for his payoffs. read more

My reason for even giving one star is because I liked the design. However, I had all the same problems as the other 1star reviewers! Workers were late; sometimes didn't show; sometimes didn't know what they were supposed to do;,and often didn't have the items they were to install. There was a mess when they finished; the grouting in the shower is crumbling away; the tiles in the shower are not flush, and more that 50% stick out. I had a problem with a loose grab bar that went weeks until it was tightened. Now I have a river of rusty water running down from the end that was repaired. My plumber said that a stainless screw should have been used. I have emailed pictures and requested a correction of this, but have had no repose for several weeks. This is not surprising since the lack of communication during the renovation process, which, by the way, took much longer than I was told. People I know who have used Meltini have told me they would never use them again, even though end product was ok. Now I understand why. I have not and will never recommend this company to anyone! read more
