I pointed out the correct battery size, which was in stock and on the shelf, but the associate would not confirm. A simple verification of the physical battery could have also been performed but it was apparent that no employee was motivated to assist. I could have purchased the battery and replaced myself, but the intent was to save a return trip for battery disposal/recycle.
