Rude and uninformed. I attended an office visit with this…read moreattorney several years ago. I wanted to examine my options and ask a few questions regarding disability eligibility. In the course of our conversation I explained about the podiatrist who performed a major reconstruction on one of my feet which left me in a wheelchair for a month and out of work for three months. I explained that the surgeon stated that the foot surgery may not resolve the issue, that the foot condition might return (it did). Incredibly, this attorney actually scoffed at what I said, even though I was repeating the words of the surgeon verbatim. Her exact words were "Well, I never heard of that!", in a very condescending tone. Following this, I had a work injury on the same leg requiring knee surgery, possible knee replacement. I had been out of work for a year, my employers' insurance payments were minuscule, and had already ceased. Following this explanation, this attorney stated that just because I had a "boo boo" (her words), there was no reason I couldn't find gainful employment. I had sought this person's counsel because of the possibility of not being able to find work commensurate with my forty one years of work experience, which at the time was almost certainly a longer employment history than hers. I was honest and forthright in my explanations. She was rude, condescending and apparently uninformed regarding basic surgical procedures. She was dismissive and ended the interview abruptly. I had never been treated so rudely by anyone, in any profession or walk of life. Don't presume that it's just because she's a lawyer, and that all lawyers behave this way. My father was a lawyer, and he had never conducted himself in such an unprofessional manner in his entire career. If you're seeking legal counsel regarding disability, save yourself some time and misery and look elsewhere.

She NEVER told Me what I wanted to hear, but was honest and fully transparent regarding my options and chances of coming away with a positive outcome. WHILE we started the case prior to COVID, attorney Bernazzani never skipped a beat in keeping and meeting all our deadlines with the court. She pivoted to a virtual case without missing a beat. I never felt left in the dark and she was readily available to answer any question big or small- basing her guidance on the statutes that exist and how we could support of our case. She didn't call just to increase the rate, her calls were always thoughtful and reason based. She worked tirelessly on my case and while at times I questioned myself- she kept me on track and based our case on existing statutes. Working in a virtual environment isn't easy but honestly as we got our decision today I realized I have NEVER met the woman that tirelessly fought for my family in person. I would recommend her with zero reservations- fair, firm and fights tirelessly for her clients.

Xiorli did an amazing job showing consistent empathetic support coupled with a strategic legal approach to address my circumstances. Overall, Xiorli and her team were reliable, transparent, timely with feedback, flexible, and adaptive to changing conditions. I would highly recommend Xiorli for anyone needing assistance working through family challenges. She is an exceptional attorney and even better person.

My landlord refused to put down…read moresalt for the snow and it turned to a sheet of ice and I was almost paralyzed due to a back injury. I went and saw Paul and gave him all of the information including pictures and I was told I'd hear from him in 6-8 weeks. So about 3 months later after not hearing from him I called numerous times and left numerous messages to finally get a call back. Was told at that point he was "getting the ball rolling". I didn't want to be annoying, he had all of the information from me and he told me to just concentrate on physical therapy. Called him back after another almost 4-5 months of no communication and when I spoke to him he sounded like he didn't even remember who I was. He said "give me some time to review your case" and I was told I'd hear from him in 2 weeks. Another month and a half went by and I called back again and again. After finally calling back multiple times and not being able to reach him I finally got him on the phone and he (as if we hadn't spoken 6 weeks ago) said "give me time to review your case, you'll hear from me in two weeks". So I wait and wait it's now a month later and I don't even get the respect of a call back, I get a letter in the mail "I have decided not to file suit on your behalf, you can feel free to file with another attorney but be aware that the statue of limitations in nh states that you must file within 3 years". Basically what he means is feel free to find someone else but seeing as I sat on your case for exactly a whole year you'd better hurry. These guys are ambulance chasers. They will only take a case where they can sue people for millions and millions of dollars. If you're just some honest person who was hurt and looking for proper representation this is not the way to go. If your case isn't going to net them a boatload of money then they will kick you to the curb. I'm in the process of filing a complaint with the bar association.
