I met Terri Davis in August 2022. Even though our paths had many crossings previously, we had never met formally. And I am so grateful my son in law suggested I work with her. From the very first phone meeting (I was living out of the area), I knew she was the one I wanted, no... NEEDED!, to work with. She spent 90 minutes listening to my story of why I was relocating to Ventura, offering a sympathetic and kind ear, and learning what I was looking for. She really cared! This was no act to get a client. And then she hit the floor running. The inventory was very limited as my want list was "picky". But she came through with several good candidates. And when I wanted to expand the search area it was no problem. Terri adapted in a blink of an eye like the pro she is. When I needed an interim apartment in Ventura while house-hunting, Terri even found the perfectly located, short-term rental, only 5 blocks from my daughter and her family. Finally, after seven months, "my" house finally came on the market. Terri and Meggie made the process easy, efficient and quick as possible. I felt comfortable asking those "dumb" questions and receiving patient and informative answers. Even when I asked the same question again later on. The team recommended fabulous helpers like a handyman, painter, and floor-refinisher. They are very well connected to referrals for odd jobs and major projects. I hope I never have to move again, but if I do at least I know the hardest part is already determined... I have my team to guide me and take care of EVERYTHING.

Meggie was amazing throughout it all. She was always available, kept our budget in mind, and made sure we never felt pressured into anything we weren't comfortable with. I would absolutely recommend her to friends, family, and coworkers because she is trustworthy, responsive, and truly cares about her clients. What I love most about being a homeowner in Ventura County is that I grew up here, so it means a lot to be able to raise my family in the same community--and being close to the beach is a huge plus.

She has been nothing short of incredible throughout our journey, helping us sell two homes and also purchase two new homes for our family, all within 5 years. From the very first meeting, we could tell she was genuinely dedicated to our needs and goals. With our first home, we had begun with a different realtor, and our home sat on the market for months. We took our home off the market and met with Domonique. After meeting with her, and hearing her suggestions and plan for success, we implemented her strategies and had two full price offers within 48 hours of re-entering the market. What truly sets Domonique apart is her unwavering commitment to protecting us at every step of the process. She was firm but fair in negotiations, ensuring that we were never taken advantage of by other parties, while maintaining a level of professionalism that earned the respect of everyone involved. Our loan officer during the new home purchasing process, even told us how impressed he was with her, and asked if he could use her expertise to help him with other transactions in the future. Her guidance was invaluable, and she always had our best interests at heart. Another highlight was the stunning staging she provided for both the homes we sold. She transformed them into beautifully designed spaces, showcasing the true potential and making them look like they belonged in a design magazine. Thanks to her impeccable eye for detail, we were able to sell our most recent home at absolutely top dollar--something we never could have achieved without her expertise. The sale of that home set a new price point for the market in that area. In every sense, Domonique Rodriguez went above and beyond, and we are beyond grateful for her support. If you're looking for a realtor who will work tirelessly for you with honesty, integrity, and a true passion for the business, she is the one you want on your team. She will treat you like family, and you will likely feel as if she is a member of yours, as we do now. We could not recommend Domonique Rodriguez more highly!

(we were in a place we really didn't know very well, and hadn't moved in 33 years, coming from a suburban tract house in santa clarita - a completely different animal.) after that she worked even harder to find us something she knew we'd like. daily interactions with her were a joy. she's upbeat, positive, cheerful, and on top of it. she made us her focus. she knows her neighborhood inside out, and was deferential but honest when we turned our noses up at some houses we ourselves had suggested. she is exactly what we wanted in a realtor - willing to tell us the truth and to spare us the sales job. she was tenacious about digging into old building codes with the city and brought us printed maps from there to help us decide about improvements we wanted to make. she was in constant contact right until the final signature. but none of those individual actions mattered so much to us as the way Allison did things. we always felt we were looking at houses with a good friend in a good mood - a smart one, who was watching out for our best interests. 6 weeks later, we are completely happy with our house and hope we see her again soon in our wonderful new neighborhood. highly recommend.
