This is something different. You pick your design before you arrive. When you get there, it feels like a real woodworking studio. Then, you end up sanding wood, distressing wood, staining wood, and then painting designs on the wood. In all those ways, it feels so much more physical, creative and engaging than a simple crafting workshop. And the results! My board is so impressive to look at! The whole experience gives you so much confidence and I couldn't wait to go back and make another piece. You do pick out your project beforehand - with two main options (a larger more expensive board and a smaller more manageable piece).
