You aren't living your best life until you've had a therapeutic massage from Meli! Two words: MAGIC HANDS. I've tried several spas around Sacramento (Blue Day Spa, Arden Hills, Spa Simply Skin, etc) and have NEVER met another massage therapist as talented as Meli. She has the perfect pressure and most relaxing, flowing technique that just melts away all of the tension. She never does any movements that are painful/pinching/ too rough etc. Meli also always finds several knots in my shoulders/back when I visit and somehow gets them all out without any painful or uncomfortable kneading. To repeat what the other reviews have said: Meli is talented, intuitive, sweet, caring, professional. A+++ read more

Meli is a nurturing professional with magic hands! One wouldn't think anything of the little studio from outside, but inside is a haven of healing. I was greeted by a big smile. She just finished working on a client that had been with her for 2 years or so. Meli's long time customer warned me prior to going in that i was in for a treat, but to be ready to work through my pain. The woman was right. Deep intentional strokes brought on waves of pain that I needed to breathe thru. It was as if she worked with my breathing. It wasn't just a regular massage. This team work between therapist and patient was an incredible experience. If I want a visitor, I'd see Meli in a regular basis. Go. Be healed. read more

Meli is not only the best massage therapist I've ever known.....but also the kindest and sweetest person I've ever known. I used to work (massage therapy) with her and I've never met someone so knowledgeable about everything/anything involving the human body. If it hurts ...she'll heal it. If your not sure why it hurts ....she'll know why. She knows more about your aches and pains than anyone. The greatest massage therapist I've ever met. Words can't describe. She has the strongest yet somehow gentle massage. (You'll understand once she massages you) it's just undescribable. I strongly recommend you give her even a few minutes with her and I know you'll never want anyone else to heal, relieve and cure your body. read more

Two words: MAGIC HANDS!! You can never go wrong with having a big beautiful Polynesian woman who has the God gifted healing hands, fingers, elbows, and just overall.... HER!! I can go on and on about how amazing my cousin is (NOT EXAGGERATING!!) and how much passion she has for her love of massage and making the world a better place to help loosen all the knots, stress, aches, and pain and make you feel like a brand new person! Trust when I say, she's the BEST!! Wish she could much closer tho but it's ok, it'll be worth the trip to come up to UT for a much needed massage!! read more

I just left, and this was easily the best massage I have ever received. I am a Massage therapist as well, so I tend to be pretty specific in my needs, and she met them all. I am also 36 weeks pregnant, and NEVER happy about any prenatals massages I had received in the past, however this was not the case today. I was so relaxed and my back, for the first time in weeks, is pain free! I am going to book another prenatal for 2 weeks from now, and plan to continue to see her postpartum. Meli is professional, attentive, and gave the perfect pressure. I will be going back! read more

Meli has been massaging my wife and I for years and has always been excellent. She is very kind, attentive to your individual needs, and always professional. We were very disappointed last year when she moved away to Salt Lake City. However, whenever she come back to visit, she always makes time to massage us. We have tried other massage therapists, but nobody compares to Meli. read more

I have been a client of Meli's for 8 years and she is the best therapist I have ever worked with. I have degenerative disc disease and she worked with my body to ease the issues I experienced. When she decided to move out of state, I was devastated. However, she made sure to refer me to another therapist she trusted to work with me on my body with its issues. I would return to her in a heartbeat if she moved back to CA. UT you are in for a read more
