Okay so this was my first time ever dealing with what sounded like potential mouse scratching in…read morethe roof/walls and I genuinely had no idea what I was supposed to do. A quick Google later, I called Protech and the two ladies I spoke to (Jess and Amanda I believe) were so patient and helpful, especially with all my questions (and trust I had a lot). They were able to organise a technician to come out the same day which honestly gave me so much peace of mind. It made the whole thing really easy considering I went from having absolutely no clue what was going on or what to do, to having someone come out and deal with it that same day lol. Edit: I've now had the treatment done (same day btw -- and sorry to the tech for having to come out to Kalkallo in peak hour traffic ) and dude I was so glad I got it done. Mustafa was the technician who came out and he was genuinely so nice, really friendly, patient and reassuring, and he took the time to explain everything properly and answer every single one of my many questions He was also really thorough with the treatment and made what was a pretty stressful situation feel so much easier. I'll update this again in about a month or so once I've had time to see how everything goes, but so far I've had such a positive experience with Protech and really appreciate how kind and helpful everyone has been Would definitely recommend if you're looking for genuinely hardworking people who really care about what they do and take pride in doing a good job :)
