Lol every review is one star except for one that is five stars, and it seems to be for the wrong company. I had an issue at my property where the neighbor seems to keep lots of dogs in their garage because they are illegal pit bulls (the owner of them verified this information). Our stinks of poo and pee 24/7 because they keep all these dogs in the garage. They hose down the garage with bleach and the poo is scattered all over the driveway. We are townhomes in an HOA. I asked MEINC, our management company to look into it. Jeff Adams implied he wasn't going to see it and was just going to contact the neighbor. His title is property inspector. I asked if he was going to inspect the property and he said "How we address issues with homeowners is not disclosed to anyone, other than the Board of Directors." Like, what? I'm trying to resolve this issue, and so if you aren't going to inspect it, it sounds like you aren't doing your job. Useless company taking money. read more

This company has continued to support the South Hampton Townhome Development HOA in cohesion to rob the homeowners and renters of dues/fines without showing any evidence of where the funds are going after many requests from residents. They have continued to feed us inaccurate or no information that we the residents have asked them to provide that we are privy to. They continue to schedule meetings and not provide information of the meeting to residents in a timely manner or cancel meetings at the last minute. The residents are HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with MeInc and do not recommend any other development to use them. read more

I recently moved from a home that is managed my MEINC Property Management (Kevin McAfee). I lived there for 3 years and any issue that came up, Kevin was always quick with a response and action to resolve the issue. My move-in was smooth and my move-out was smooth as well. The support I received from him and the management office while living in the home was a great experience, and nothing short of amazing. If I were to move into that area again, I will definitely try to move into a home managed my Kevin and MEINC. read more

Why am I not surprised they have 1.5 stars. These people have got to be the absolute worst people o have ever dealt with when it comes to anything real estate related. I am pretty much a calm guy and they have me all out of character. I have been dealing with Tiffany (and then Brandon) to get my name added to the call box for the town home community I live in. I swear the people who work here must sit on their hands and do nothing all day. Tiffany was helpful for the most part but outside of her nothing is done by the rest of the staff unless you contact them everyday and turn up on their a$$e$. For two months now after emailing and calling my name still had not been added on. After resorting to calling everyday and eventually getting annoyed and having to be more persistent with the staff my name was added ONLY after having to be disgruntled resident. Why the he11 is this necessary to get a simple task done? If I had continued calling every other week it would be august and my name would still not be on the call box. Mind you I've been living here two months and I have not received the welcome package I was told I should receive. I have no important information to anything I would need as a new resident. If I did not already know someone who lives here I would completely lost and confused. Anyways, if you need to hire a company to manage your housing complex this is the last company I would hire. They literally only have one employee who is somewhat helpful. The rest is the staff is utterly useless. I suspect my name probably was forwarded to whoever needed to add my name to the call box and that person was properly not doing their job. Anyways, avoid this real estate company at all costs. You will have to repeatedly call them and be on their backs instead of them having the decency to be proactive and have any kind of decent customer service. I'd give them zero stars if I can. I would never recommend this company and dislike that they manage my community. I never had any issues with the previous company over HOA dues and now all of a sudden I owe late fees? How when my banks automatically deducts, notifies me and sends the payment? I provided documentation from the bank, sent multiple emails and still haven't heard anything. An acknowledgment would be nice from Blanche Thompson and/or Karen Fridley. I'm laying a paper trail before I get my attorney involved. I may appear nice but I'm not when finances are in question. read more

Son and daughter in law moved into a development with this HOA, smh smh. I told them run as fast as they could. They have now been in there home more than 2 months and have not received ANYTHING from the HOA. Don't know where to send the dues, issues to report and have to ask the neighbors all of these questions. Who regulates these companies?? Numerous return phone calls and no acknowledgement of even receiving them when you phone and actually speak to someone. Oh they are at another development...yep, for two months. Kevin McAfee is a complete scam! I attempted to put in an application for a rental property that is to be managed by this realty group. I put on my application that I worked for the state of Maryland/my employer. He stated my application was denied because of failure to verify employment. I provided him with my paycheck stubs my driver's licence and other personal documents. I even forwarded him an email about my HR department and he's non responsive and blatantly rude. I agree with first reviewer. This is just a fine/payment collecting business and does not respond to the issues of the communities they "manage". They allow issues to go unresolved or barely respond. I wish they responded to issues with the same urgency they do for collecting HOA fees. People are allowed to park on their grass like hillbillies with no acknowledgement. When people pay multiple fees for property management that's what they expect, not "we're not sure why your community's streets wasn't plowed or grass wasn't cut." Report this and other agencies like this to your local district officials for accountability. read more

My review would mirror the previous reviews. Very prompt and diligent in fine collection, however, extremely unresponsive with it comes to home owner concerns. Most recently for me, two phone calls and two emails over the corse of the last 3 weeks have still not been responded to and the property manager for my community seems to never be available. read more

This HOA service sucks!!! I don't understand why we still have them, the fees are 100 per month which ridiculous!!! They fine you for every little thing and it's always extra fees and fines on your account with out an explanation!!! I'm mad they can't get a half star read more

They are unorganized, unresponsive, and do nothing to upkeep the community aside from work on collections, which are contrived from arbitrary numbers.
