I've never not stood in line for this place. If you only choose one item here, make sure it is a krafen! They are filled to order and often times still warm if you order them in the afternoon. I personally like the kraken crema. There is no seating here, so either plan to take you order with you or just stand outside and stuff your face like the rest of the customers do. I had a donut and cup of tea, and my wife had tea and a pastry. For our money, we got not just a cup of tea, but a whole teapot each. We both liked what we had. There was no seating inside the cafe, but they had a few vacant tables and chairs outside. The nice thing about this is it put us on the main walkway in a mall; it felt kind of like being outside, but kind of inside, though we were definitely inside, which was good since it was raining. Regardless, I am a big fan of this place and would definitely go back. It was a great place to grab breakfast in the downtown area.

I tried a few different bakeries, and must say that all of them are very good. It's rich but light, and none of them is over sweet. The owner is super friendly. Great hang out place to meet locals and try the authentic Austrian sweets.
