It's ok, decent work out but the personal trainers (not sure if they are affiliated with the club or not) don't know what they are doing - I saw a couple that were doing downright dangerous stuff with clients. My husband is a renown orthopedic anesthesiologist who works side by side in the OR with world famous orthopedic surgeons treating / fixing people with sports injuries and he confirmed he felt there was an injury waiting to happen at this gym with a couple trainers training people working out with weights.
The gym has all the equipment you need, I didn't like the air conditioning - it felt stuffy and hot. It's also 250 pesos / single work out and while cheap by american standards, other gyms in the area charge 100 pesos for much better gym environment so after one time, I passed in favor of them.
I say go if you are in the area but prepare to be hot and don't hire a trainer ! read more
