It used to be 6.50-8$ (military discount), matching colored bracelets with parent/child numbers and no time limit which was great- pre Covid. I wish there wasn't a time limit or Atleast an option to extend time. Upkeep should be better not zip ties kids can cut/scratch themselves on, tape or string. Especially since they raise the price and do half repairs. Socks are must Concessions but food you want is hardly made or available I got a bag of Cheetos and there was ants inside the bag. INSIDE. Not 1-2, about 15. Play patrol should be walking around though, not hiding in the office/confession room. Staff hounding 4-5 yr olds for playing gently with siblings in ball pit when they should be more focused on the buckets and puddles of water in the middle of the floor unattended

My 9 month old enjoying the kiddie zone.

I loved taking my 2 year old and 9 month old here. Coach V is so awesome. She is always accommodating and her customer service attitude is amazing. I'll be back. My toddler and baby love it. If you have a baby that can crawl, this place is great to let them get some energy out. It's very affordable too. Thank you V for an awesome experience.

I would recommend. For the price and peacefulness. Our 10 & 8 year old loved it. Some slides and obstacle course, swings and toddler section.

First time at Megaplay and we couldn't be any happier. The place is super clean and not crowded. It was great that I could be alongside my 2-year old on all of the rides. We even met Willis, the owner who seems to be very humble and such a nice guy. What an amazing business concept. Did I mention the prices? Everything was super reasonable and there was no time limit. We are definitely coming back for more fun! Please open another play in Richmond, VA so we can visit there as well.

Very safe environment, lots of padding

Im just an observer but I think this place would entertain most kids for a few hours. Im here for a toddler birthday party. All of the children having a blast. Im very surprised by how low the snacks are priced. A whole pizza is only eleven dollars. None of the other food choices are over $3.00.

Committed to going based on its proximity to my home. Upon entry I was immediately pleased about how clean it looked and smelled. Most indoor playgrounds smell like feet. I observed employees cleaning the play area an equipment multiple times and we were only there for an hour. The space and planet theme was ever present in the play space. From space ships, to rockets, glow lights, and others images, my son enjoyed it. There was an area carved out for smaller toddlers and the rest was for kids no older than 8-10. It's freezing in there so parents or observers, be prepared. There's no concession stand like most places, but there are multiple vending machines. There is space to host Birthday parties and I imagine that they allow outside food since they don't serve any. Entry fee was comparable to similar facilities, but the fact that the place was so clean. Made it worth it. The membership price was higher than most, but I think I'm going to pay it simply because of how clean it is and close it is to my home. My son enjoyed his time here. The staff was friendly, helpful, and alert to the happenings in the play space. I'll probably host a future Birthday party in this space. The space is ideal for younger kids. Take the tweens and teens to the feet smell filled places!

I can't say this often for indoor playgrounds (as they are typically overstimulating and smell like…read morefeet) but I'm elated to write this review today about Hyper Kidz in Durham, NC. Our experience was top notch. The prices are extremely affordable compared to other indoor playgrounds and trampoline parks and they also offer a military discount on top of that. The soft play was executed well. We've been to several play places around the US to include Urban Air, Get Air, Jump Sky High (all trampoline parks) and Kids Empire type places and this one was the best out of all of them. The availability of separate play spaces for different ages was awesome. However, I truly believe the main reason this experience was as positive as it was is mostly due to the management of Daquan (DQ) and his staff. DQ was cleaning the entire time we were there. From vacuuming, to spraying and wiping down, to tidying up and interacting with kids... he was doing it all with excellence. His other staff member was super friendly as well. If other places had employees with work ethic even a tenth of the caliber DQ had, the world would be a better place and businesses would thrive. Hyper Kidz should take note and take good care of him! DQ, if you see this and want a career change in Florida, feel free to reach out and connect!

This huge indoor playground is located in the Norris Park area in Apex. The playground is designed for infants up to 12-year-olds. When we got there about 945 on a Tuesday morning, there were only two other people. We were forewarned that a field trip group would be arriving at 10:15. Even when the group arrived, because of the large space, it didn't feel crowded. There are lots of mazes with hidden play areas...activities for both gross and fine motor skills. They also have assorted snacks and drinks available for purchase. This is a wonderful way to spend a few hours or even longer. The kids had a blast and us adults who accompanied them did as well!

It felt very clean today - in fact I ran into a neighbor who also remarked how clean the pieces of plastic were that you can see through. He loved exploring and watching other kids. I can't believe no one was there. My complaint in the past was that there were far too many kids and it was so loud I kept getting alerts for volume and damage to hearing on my Apple Watch. Today was calm. Today was fun. Today was more quiet. Today was lovely and we plan to return. Great way to play! Tip: I found about $40 that I handed into the cashier/front desk from the ball pit. Hang on to your money and spare change.
