Whoa, this place is way bigger than it appears! I was in the market for a medicine cabinet, and I found one here. I thought it was a bit pricey, but I really wanted it and went ahead and paid for it. (It was P9kPhp.) Their staff, Paul, was so nice and really helpful. He asked to wait for a couple of minutes while he got the item. He took out a box (the size of the cabinet) then told me to wait for the other box. (What other box?) And this is where my "I'm so dumb" moment came through: the medicine cabinet came with a sink and storage. And for P9kPhp, it was a steal! (Also it was 50% off, but still a steal at P18kPhp.) Ohhhh, I felt so bad... he went out of his way to lug that thing only for me not to take it home. I would have loved to have just bought it but the whole thing wouldn't fit in my bathroom. Paul and the rest of the staff took it in stride and I'm sure they found a lot of humor about it. They refunded me, no problem. (I asked if I can just buy the cabinet, sans the sink and storage... sadly, they come in pairs.) I didn't leave empty handed - we bought a few other things we needed for the house. And because of their awesome customer service (shoutout to Paul!) they're now my go-to for any home improvement ANYTHING. Great first run! read more
