Meet the Need is a 3 part building. One section is assistance for the local community. If you need help you go there during operating hours and get help with life and household things. The middle (and what this review is for) is the THRIFT STORE. and the 3rd area is opportunity cafe. where local aspiring culinary professionals get a chance to practice their skills. So this review is for the thrift store. Great selection of items from clothing for the whole family, baby and infant items, toys, shoes, bags, games, housewares and counter top appliances, knick knacks, blankets and such, tubs, glasswares, gardening, garage, antiques, furniture, holiday including a year round Christmas items, books and more. Most items are $2.00 unless marked. Items will be tagged if not $2 or have price written on back of item. Staff is volunteers. Business is a Non-Profit so there is zero tax on items purchased. Large items you get 2 days to pick up before item is considered "re-donated". EVERY CHILD gets a FREE book of their choice when they come in!! Many religious literature items are free at counter including bibles if you need that. dressing rooms available near front of store by clothing. bathrooms available middle of back area. open daily till 4pm and closed sundays. cash and cc accepted (unsure about checks).
