We had a quick phone call as I was planning from Toronto, and I sent a few photos for inspiration. She did an absolutely wonderful job creating a huge bouquet for me, three bridesmaids bouquets, and five boutineers. Then we got an e-mail from the general manager saying 'because we don't have an annual service contract they could no longer support us'. This is after they said they would. E-mails and phone calls to the Owner have not been returned. This is no way to run a business. You make a commitment and you honor it.
