My boo and I had about an hour to kill before catching the bus to our Airbnb up the hill in Sorrento and wanted to get a cappuccino. The gelateria next door was popping but we wanted to be somewhere quieter and the guy inside (the proprietor I'm guessing) was the only one there. Soon as we stepped inside tho I had a good feeling. The space was well-designed and clean. The business owner made an excellent cappuccino and also a limoncello spritzer for me even though I didn't see it on the menu. There was a small but clean bathroom available, and in the outside area there was a tv showing modern popular music. It's possible that we came during off hours due to our American lifestyle but I hope this place gets more attention - the owner was nice and efficient, the drinks were excellent, and it's located super conveniently close to the trains/buses and main promenade. Worth a visit!

Of our many dinners in Italy over the yers, this was one of the most memorable and special dinners…read morewe've ever had. Salvatore and our waiter went out of their way to make sure our last meal as an engaged couple was one we will never forget and always remember with a smile on our face (we were getting married in Ischia in a few days and this was our last meal with just us before the wedding festivities). Salvatore carried our table down and put it RIGHT on the beach, right next to the sea, so we could enjoy a romantic dinner "on the beach" at sunset - with the most beautiful, unobstructed view of the sun setting over the sea. We were already having so much fun with this, and then Salvatore brought down a blow up mini pool to our table and asked the lifeguard nearby to grab a pail of water and fill up the pool with sea water so he could place the pool under our table so we could rest our feet in the water while we ate! It was an absolute riot! We were cracking up and had so much fun! Salvatore was so funny, sweet, and thoughtful - we will never ever forget this fabulous night at Seasons. We had lobster and sea bass, Negronis, wine, and dessert - the food was OUTSTANDING!!!! Even without having the "best seat in the house" we'd still be giving Seasons a 5-star rating for its absolutely delicious food, gorgeous sunset views, incredible location right on the beach, and friendly and impeccable service. Thank you Salvatore and everyone at Seasons for showing us such love and joy that night. It was truly a night we'll never ever forget. We will be sure to visit next time we're in Ischia!!!

This was the "splurge" hotel of our 13 day trip. How perfect it was to begin our once in a life time trip at this spectacular hotel. Not only was it beautiful, it was clean, decorated elegantly, and the grounds were impeccable. The views of the coast were breathtaking the ocean was lit with the stars and lights of the boasts that lined the outskirts of the shore. We were immediately upgraded to a suite and our minds were blown away. Every detail was cared for and we never needed to ask for anything. House keeping came twice a day and replenished water, coffee and fresh towels were abundant! The staff was unbelievable. Sabrina and Pascal treated us like family. They were warm, patient, friendly and understood all of our jokes and embraced us with equal humour. They helped with taxi arrangements, reservations, and even suggested restaurants. They were not afraid to give honest opinions of local eateries or activities, and gave us cost effective and time efficient alternatives to our local travel plans. I cannot rate this hotel and its staff high enough and would recommend to any and all who read this review. We are leaving today for Rome and more destinations throughout this beautiful country. Our third time visiting this cliff hugging paradise in Sorrento and it was fantastic. 5 stars in…read moreevery way, we opted for a king ocean view room overlooking the spacious gardens and pool, it was beautiful. We included breakfast in our room and the consensus was it was one of the best, if not the best one ever. Omelettes and pancakes freshly made to order, a wide selection of meats, cheeses, bacon, sausage, sweets, breads and cereals. Not to mention the gorgeous room we diners enjoyed gazing out from onto the Mediterranean and the bay of Naples. Service was exceptional, not only for breakfast but also in the terrace for drinks or dinner, housekeeping and overall everyone we encountered who worked at the hotel. There is an elevator that takes you to the sea where you'll find a private swimming area with chairs and umbrellas plus a small bar serving drinks and light fare. The gardens and pool area are beautiful, grounds are superbly manicured. Every detail is considered, I did not find one thing out of place or lacking in the entire property. We had dinner the last night under the pergola and it was again amazing. Food was very good, but I have to mention there was a couple singing and playing guitar and mandolin serenading the diners with Sorrento style songs, very special. We had turndown service nightly with a chocolate treat left on our nightstand, room freshened with new towels and coffee station replacements. Nice to return to our room after the service. Two bottles of complimentary water left daily and a real feeling of care and attention conveyed by the room staff. We will return.
