She is very friendly, super helpful and is interested in helping customers! Their brace guy is Surinder and he is super impressive! He has helped me with angle adjustments with the hinge and about 2 1/2 years after having the brace, I had a problem with the hinge in my brace and Surinder was awesome...he sent it back to the manufacturer and when I got it back, the hinge was fixed and I had all brand new straps and new silicone pads on the straps! Amazing customer service all way around. I have referred several people to Surinder and if I need health care stuff, I go and see Denise first. I don't even consider going anywhere else! Top notch all the way around!
