This company rents junk that is unsafe and harmful to patients. This is my second time dealing with the company. The first time was 10 years ago,and after a major surgery and 6' of stitch line later I was supposed to be sent home with a good air mattress. The one I got from these people was WW1 surplus garbage that has pressure points in the mattress that can easily cause pressure ulcers, the very thing the mattress is supposed to prevent. Had a similar surgery for pressure ulcers again last week and forgot completely about the nightmare that this company is. Get home to me new bed, and sure enough, it's the same junk they tried to pass off on 10 years ago. Shame on them for hurting patients and fleecing insurance companies. read more
