    sores covering my hands

I drove there late at night parked in the parking lot and walked to the Hospital front doors, they were locked I did not know the ER was located at the back of building, and I passed out fell on the concrete spread eagle not being able to breath. Finally, someone was leaving the night shift and saw me laying at the front Hospital entrance on the concrete. A few people came out of the hospital and put me on a wheelchair and wheeled me through the front to the back where the ER was. I was admitted stating I could not breath and showed them the 1000 infected sores like bee stings on my upper body and where the skin was also peeling off my ankles and bleeding exposing the raw flesh. They admitted me and did a CT scan, the ER nurse put me on oxygen, she was great and very understanding. I told her and the doctor on that shift I had been poisoned from breathing chemical fumes in the coolant spray at work for years and years. I had gone through a lot of testing at different locations until they found what was causing the 1000 infected sores. I also stated to everyone I was also getting attacks like I was being electrocuted. I was in a room on the bed with the rails up high after the CT scan. The shift then changed and while I was laying in the bed, I started to get a sever electrical attack. My back was also covered with the infected sores that were agitated by the bed framework at the 85-degree inclination of the bed. I pushed the remote for the nurse at least 10 times. Then I started shouting for help. 3 men walked by my room and saw me going through my electrical seizure attack and did nothing. I pushed the remote a few more times no one showed up. I could not take the attack anymore so i used my elbows to inch my way to the end of the bed and get off. The upper blood pressure monitor cuff came off, and the oxygen tubes came out of my nose onto the floor. I stood there trying to regain my strength. Then a young man walked in my room with a gown stared at me and began shouting at me I was a pain in the ass and I was pissing him off. I told him I was in a lot of severe pain could he please get me a pain pill. He then told me rudely I will get a Tylenol. I said that will do nothing I currently on pain medication prescribed by a pain doctor and I had not taken any that day. He got very rude with me, and I said maybe I should leave the Hospital because I am pissing you off so much and I also thought it would turn into a fist fight because he was getting aggressive with me. Then he said you should leave the hospital now and I will get the forms. He yanked the IV out of my arm angerly at a bad angle and did not secure the cotton correctly. I walked down to the counter in the hallway put my arm up on the counter only to see the counter covered with blood. I looked down and saw a blood trail back to the room. I walked into the room and saw a pool of blood where he yanked the IV out of my arm and I did not realize I was bleeding out. Then a nurse showed up and secured a new cotton and told me to compress my arm then he showed up with the paperwork and said now you can leave the Hospital after you sign this. The nurse did try to get me back in the room because I was starting to fall again, I said nothing to her only looking in her eyes with pain and very upset. He was very Angy with me, so I signed the paper then he told me to leave the hospital. I walked and walked lost until I found a door out. Then once outside I walked lost around the building at night and through a field about 100 yards long with no lights. I made it back to where I was parked in the front of the hospital drove off and got Home about 1:40AM. No one in the hospital showed me to a door outside or checked to see if I was ok. NOTE: After I signed the paper that I could not read because I had no glasses, and I was also in a lot of pain from the sores all over my body and from falling in the front of the building on the concrete and very upset ready to defend myself because he was aggressively insistence shouting at me about one foot away from face me to sign it. I signed it then he took off shouting you can get out of the hospital now. For the record I am 75 years old and usually always have a military hat on. I was a former professional fighter going over sea during Viet Nam 1971 into 1972 as a photographer in war zones.

The most inefficient hospital ever. The nurses take forever to respond to patient calls even when its urgent and the patient is in the pcu.

Even though they were clearly busy, everyone was incredibly kind, efficient, and welcoming. Amy, the NP, was absolutely wonderful -- so professional, compassionate, and thorough. The manager and front desk girls were amazing as well, keeping everything running smoothly and making me feel truly taken care of from the moment I walked in. What really stood out was how well everyone worked together as a team when things got hectic. You could tell they genuinely care about their patients and about supporting each other, and that made a huge difference in my experience. On top of all that, the facility is extremely clean, which always makes me feel even more comfortable and confident in the care I'm receiving. I truly appreciate all of them and highly recommend this urgent care. I will definitely be coming back here in the future if I ever need anything urgent!

New HSA cards. But sometimes, there are mixups. For whatever reason my HSA card wasn't working. I couldn't get a hold of anyone over the phone, so I had to leave with no help. I'd already had a bad migraine for 2 days. This did not help. I'd been there multiple times recently and had no issues with payment. But getting billed was not an option, so zero medical attention for me. I guess it's really not urgent "care." It's more urgent payments, then see what happens. I suppose it's not the biggest deal in the world, but it's very unpleasant when you're already not feeling well. There were other small issues, but nothing as disappointing as today bad experiences.

They show up every day and then make it happen and they do the best that they can for their patience. However there is some Mail doctors that come through that emergency room center that they have no bedside manner. They have no respect and they do not know how to speak to people and that is not what this society is asking for this society is asking for caring, compassionate people. So basically, we need to be hiring women doctors, and start turning over these male doctors that are aging out of our society, but refused to retire. In no way shape or form. Was it OK for me to be treated with such distain by that doctor the last time I was in the emergency center to the point where I had to get extremely vocal. So now I'm coming on here so that people are aware that even though the nurses are amazing at the end of the day, if you want proper treatment go to Tampa General. I know that it's a drive but like it was stated at the hospital by hospital staff by Mail where a small hospital there's not much we can do well if that's the case then why are you still in operation because it's not what anybody needs in this society so you're taking peoples money and essentially you're not treating them. So you're making blank statements, accepting the fact that you work for a place that is equipped to handle health. All these people are gonna do is rack up your credit card bills, and or your financial statements for your healthcare provider. I would seriously suggest making the extra trip to go down to Tampa General, because at least they will treat you. You will find out what's wrong with you, and you will never have to deal with that again And to the people who were involved that day I apologize for getting so vocal and for the men that worked their counter days because it's over To the hospital right now, it would be highly in your best interest to start hiring strong, independent females, that know how to speak to people and who are educates Like my mama always said play traffic, but don't play with me

Recently I visited the clinic for an employment physical. I scheduled a 2:30 appointment online and arrived at 2:20. Staff had me fill out paperwork and rescheduled my appointment for 3 o'clock. The waiting room had only a few places to sit. Everything was setup so patients had to socially distance from each other and if the chairs were full other patients were told to wait in their vehicles outside. I didn't like the fact the front desk wouldn't give my driver's license back to me until I finished my drug screen after being called back. For my physical, the facility performed a urinalysis, blood draw, EKG, vision test, and in lieu of a TB test I had an on site chest x-ray. Prior to leaving, I saw a physician's assistant who went over paperwork I needed signed. The total time I spent in the clinic was about two hours. Staff seemed well trained and were courteous. I liked the fact I didn't have to go elsewhere for certain procedures and they were able to do everything on site. Unlike other urgent care clinics I've been sent to for physicals, I wasn't charged anything out of pocket for my chest x-ray which was nice.

She told me to wait, but by 10:00 PM, I still hadn't received any updates. I complained about the situation three times, but each time I was simply told to keep waiting because they were busy. At 10:00 PM, I noticed that patients who had arrived much later than I had already been assigned rooms and were receiving treatment. I complained once again regarding the order of service, but the staff remained unhelpful and curtly told me to just keep waiting because they were busy. Consequently, I gave up on receiving treatment and returned home. The nurse seemed unskilled, as did the receptionist; it is a place I have absolutely no desire to visit again. I plan to go to an urgent care clinic tomorrow morning instead.
