Large electrical discount store based on 2 floors. Small electrics and accessories on the lower floor and larger white goods above. I've been here a couple of times. The customer service depends on who you get. My first visit I had a very helpful person who went through brands and gave good advise on my budget. They even advised to hold back on my purchase and wait for the possible holiday sales. Sadly, on my second visit I got the best of the worse. The staff were not bothered to help, despite that I had already left a deposit for an order previously. They couldn't understand why I had held back for the sales and didn't believe one of their colleagues would have advised this! I placed the order and delivery was delayed due to damage whilst loading the goods. Poor customer service did not end here. On delivery I was asked by the driver for an additional charge which was double the price of the original payment made at the store. It took several phone calls back/forth to sort out. Disappointing this was not addressed properly at the time of ordering at the store or when following up on the delay.
