Would avoid MSA Home Medical Equipment. Have experienced nothing but problems for every CPAP supplies. Last order placed on February 23rd and called them on March 22nd to determine the status and was told the inquiry was forwarded to another department and to expect a return cal in a day or so. Called again on March 30th and told two items have been placed on back order. When asked when I could expect the supplies, was told they had no idea. I would suggest with using any other of the numerous medical supply companies in the area. They send wrong supplies; the order process is slow and antiquated. They were ok for the first year but rapidly went down hill. Too bad. read more

Ordered supplies for my CPAP. One of the items ordered was climate tubing. They shipped me the wrong tubing, did not fit my CPAP machine. I called, they sent me a return label, and I returned it to them using the label they provided. They continue to bill me for the returned item even though I've spoken with multiple people who have told me they would correct the error. Have been reassured that someone from management would call me to help me resolve this but no one has ever returned a call to me. After now adding late charges, my last bill says they are "reviewing to determine whether to engage a collection agency or attorney to pursue this debt". I am now filing complaints with multiple consumer protection agencies and I will engage an attorney on my end if they continue to ignore and fail to correct my billing. Will not be ordering supplies from them ever again. read more

What a terrible business... Signed up with them, but hard to contact. Said they would call every 3 months for delivery of my CPAP supplies via Medicare. Have not heard from them in over a year. DO NOT TRUST these people... I think they are scam artists. read more
