Office experience was subpar. The two lady in the front were extremely rude to me but super nice to the are having us still in a waiting room after they said there is nothing they can do. Pulled into parking lot at 930 am on a Saturday morning for an X-ray on my hand. After calling in and spending 10 minutes on hold I was told to come in, pay, and wait 25 minutes in an empty lobby. Now I've been moved to a room and rudely told it would be another 40 minutes before the door was shut. I haven't said anything to anyone and have been pleasant and patient despite having a broken hand but this is BS. I WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE COMING BACK EVER. It's almost 1030 with an estimated 30 more minutes to go..... the sad people that work here need to find new jobs so they're not putting their misery on their customers. Update, been in this room an hour. It's 1130 still no one. read more

Clean waiting room, quick service and friendly staff. I enjoy coming here because it's less wait time than the ER. They have the process down. They also have the coolest 99's music playing in the waiting area! Bonus: most normal prescriptions are available for $15 at the sign out area. May be a bit pricey but is way better than sitting at Giant Eagle waiting for 40 minutes! read more

Went there with a sinus infection, of course the PA tried to tell me sinus infections were bacterial and I needed it to turn viral in a couple of weeks so antibiotics would work. Never go to a place where their so called professionals have no clue. read more

To think that I ever gave this place a chance was beyond me. I found the doctors, nursing practitioners, and staff very condescending and unhelpful. Everytime we went there they recommended the Allegheny Valley Hospital Emergency room for relatively minor issues which they certainly could have handled. Allegheny Valley Hospital is the last place we go to. In fact, we will never go there because they are just as bad as Med Express. I am thankful that I am now a member of a membership based Direct Primary Care Clinic. I get unlimited visits, wholesale medications, and E-visits for $68.00 a month without any hassles of co-pays or insurance deductibles. To me, Med Express is old school. read more

Lauren was rude on the phone. Had a very annoyed tone when I asked her to repeat important information.

Horrible visit. Waited 2 hours to be seen. A physician's assistant said they would write a script for medication then left the room to ask the physician to write this then comes back into the room and tells me that my over the counter med that I bought earlier that day should be good enough. Meanwhile I'm sure they charged my insurance an arm and a leg. I said that I would rather have the prescription strength med (since this was the entire reason for my visit) so she leaves the room AGAIN to ask the physician once again to write my script. Finally I get the script after 2.5 hours of being there and find out they charged my debit card double my copay....not worth the hassle. read more
