When Josh heard that we received a letter from our HOA threatening to fine us $1000.00 (in a home that we recently purchased) they immediately made an exception for us. Josh just finished (~20 minutes ago) cleaning our roof. OCD Power Wash Did an EXCEPTIONAL JOB!!! He was PROFESSIONAL and on time. He was very friendly, quick, responsive, and extremely communicative throughout the entire process. His pricing was great as well. When he arrived, he noticed my hose was almost impossible to remove, something I didn't even realize was an issue. Even though it wasn't his responsibility, he went above and beyond to fix it so he could connect his equipment. He worked incredibly hard on it, stayed later than planned, and never charged me anything extra for the delay. I really appreciated his willingness to help. His work was excellent, truly better than anyone else I've hired before. The backyard looks amazing. Owen is high-energy, kind, and genuinely cares about doing things right. I highly recommend him.
