The main issue is narrowing down what to order, because *everything* looks stellar. Chef Walter is very involved in the dining experience from start to finish. Not only is he behind the pass at times, but he also makes sure to come out and explain dishes personally to customers. This one seemed less busy compared to the others. We ordered the sumo burger, chickn burger, onion rings and truffle fries. They were out of the pink aioli so I opted for the garlic sauce. It's a bright space that makes eating vegan food fun and easy! The only downfall was that it took a long time for us to get our food, almost 40 mins, and the restaurant wasn't even at max capacity. Something about their system messing up and there were a bunch of deliverers coming to pick up food. Pretty much everyone was waiting. They should definitely give priority to guests dining in. The worker didn't apologize for the long wait. Good thing we didn't come too hungry... Bedsides the wait, the food was tasty. My chickn burger was crunchy and a great alternative to meat. I'd come back when I'm in Amsterdam. Wish there was a spot like this in the states.
