This is without a doubt the biggest con going. When myself and three others moved in, they said money would be refunded if leaving early. Paid my rent 4 days early and now I want to move after using 3 days rent and guess what, he "graciously" offered half my rent back. What a ×@#&hole. read more

Liars and scammers! You are better off owning or renting someplace else. DO NOT GO TO MEADOWLANDS OF GIBRALTAR! They will cash your rent and water bill check and take the money, then send you notice that you did not pay it, even with proof from your bank that they cashed it! If they allowed no stars that's what I would give them..The staff in the office is racist and I don't use that terminology lightly..My neighbor was found maliciously damaging my property, the police were called and the response to everything that went down was them allowing me to break my lease early with no repercussion..There was no consequences for my neighbor.. I would advise potential residents to find somewhere that respects all people the same.. read more
