Showed up in a truck with no markings showing pest control, no uniforms or anything. Smelled strong odor of burnt marijuana when they exited the truck. Then she got a call saying the inspector was delayed by an hour, so she left and returned, but no inspector arrived or called. She wasted two and a half hours for the inspector to arrive. If you can't keep an appointment, what good are you. The inspector didn't even have the courtesy to call and try to reschedule the appointment.
