Despite far surpassing the requirements of 3x rent and 650+ credit score, we were denied the ability to apply. The agent used our bank statements as the reason for rejection, but it did not add up at all. There are clearly discriminatory leasing practices happening here. They also ask for sensitive financial information outside of a secure mailbox, so please be wary! All in all, I'm happy I did not get far in the process because it would be a gamble down the line. There are a handful of individuals who have reviewed this business on Google who have had a negative experience. Unfortunately I would not recommend properties managed by this group as they will deny you regardless of meeting requirements. Not sure what the bias was but there was definitely more to the story! This was in a building that had similiar properties that were on the market for weeks or months. Ours was in contract in a few days and closed 3 weeks later. It was the fastest sale of a property that I've personally experienced in my life. Once we had a buyer, Shane focused on helping us negotiate buying another investment property. We found a house in Henderson. The house had just been listed and by the time we were able to get an appointment to tour the house (Feb 10) there were 4 or 5 other interested parties. We liked the house and Shane advised us what to bid. Then we waited, but Shane was working behind the scenes negotiating with the seller's agent. With his skills, he was able to get the seller's agent to accept our bid over the others. It didn't stop there. Once we got the appraisal and inspection reports, Shane was able to get the seller to agree to the lower appraisal amount, saving us thousands off the asking price. We closed escrow about a month after our initial tour of the house. Shane coordinated and negotiated everything for us. Even worked with the lender that I had chosen. He certainly made both transactions go smoothly. We wouldn't think of working with a different agent when we're ready to buy/sell property.

I assume this not the dream job for any Experienced agent but my Man stepped up to the plate in catering to myself and the wife. We wanted & needed a place ASAP. We had informed him ahead of time of our budget which honestly was tight. Jimmy had no problem driving around the Valley to show us the few in our range. Most agents at this point play the Rush game telling you the prices only go up and basically make you feel like your a waste of time. James is completely the opposite. He took time to look over the MLS sheets with us and let us know of any posted issues and HOA dues. Finally after several trips to meet and look, BAM ! There she was in all Her 3 Bedroom Beautyness.
