This is the most disorganized company ever!!! every couple of days for the past 3 weeks, I've received phone calls on my cell phone saying that my transportation is ready. I never booked any transportation with them!! I have spoken with the drivers and called the office and no one can figure out how to update their records so that my phone number is removed from their system. CMS transportation located in Wheeling Illinois. Has a contract with Blue Cross and Blue Shield, they are and unprofessional and unreliable company. They do not communicate with their clients. through the experience my son has had with them and I have observed they may drop you off but you might as well flip a coin if they will end up picking you up. My son is very sick sees multiple doctors and does not need the stress of taking 3 l trains to get back home because the driver decided not to pick him up. He lives in Chicago which they service. They are not customer friendly and they're in it just for the buck from Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Demand that Blue Cross and Blue Shield does not put them with you. If you have them once and you find out how they are and you go back to Blue Cross and Blue Shield and ask for your original service to be with another company you have to jump through hoops to get it accomplished and my son is still waiting on Blue Cross and Blue Shield to put him back with the original transportation company that is also contracted with Blue Cross and Blue Shield. The company does have a slot open for my son but they have him running in circles he is too ill to be putting up with this. read more
