MCP Chimney Services was referred to us by a friend. We really felt like they were very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining our problem, as well as offering good choices as to repairs. They've actually been in the business for many years and offer cleaning and other repairs. I would highly recommend them. read more

These guys used to be fairly responsive and reasonable pricing. Last few times I used them their pricing was outrageous. They tried to charge me for labor for a warranty repair where the manufacturer explicitly covered the labor. They also damaged my gutters during a liner install. Many other options out there I recommend you look for a different company. read more

These folks replaced my fireplace. The employees that visited my home; a salesman, a crew that demolished my old unit and replaced the metal insert, a masonry crew and a man that followed up on a small problem, were all professional, competent, and friendly. They were prompt and made an extra effort to clean the area at the end of the day. The job was expected to take three days, but they completed it in two. We are satisfied with their work and happy with our fireplace. read more

MCPChimney looked assessed my chimney and recommended that no repair was needed. This turned out to be the correct assessment and I appreciate their not recommending unneeded work. The situation was that for years, my chimney had leaked. After a roof replacement the leak continued, so I packed additional caulk above the flashing. This (and my previous repair to the chimney crown) turned out to be all that was needed, which was the assessment of MCPChimney and was confirmed when there were no leaks after subsequent rains. read more

I noticed some deterioration of the mortar between the fire bricks and was concerned. I called MCP and Justin came out and performed an inspection. He stated that I had nothing to worry about, there was no danger and even suggested a quick remedy that I could perform myself. And the best part was that there was no charge for this inspection! Honest (I could have easily been taken as I know nothing about fireplaces) and helpful. I will definitely call them again for other services as need. read more

I would never use these people. The girl that answered the phone was curt. I told her exactly what I needed and that it was an emergency because it was related to the venting of my hot water heater and the soonest she could have someone even come look at it was 10 days from when I called.
