I won't hesitate to recommend McNeil, 5 stars from me all day! I purchased fenders from McNeil a few years back and bedsides more recently and on both occasions was amazed by McNeil's service, product, and price. Zero complaints, fenders have been holding up great! Some of these reviews surprise me. Seems like many don't understand aftermarket fiberglass. Here's my advice to anyone considering fiberglass components: Quality glass takes time to produce. Making large fiberglass components is labor intensive. Lead times are estimates. Be patient. Aftermarket components take prep to install for an OEM-like fitment. OEM components are often slotted for adjustment because exact fitment varies from one vehicle to the next. If your glass is fitting poorly, this is *most often* installer error. It's better to have too much material and need to trim than to have not enough material causing an unfixable gap. Using a dremel to fine tune fitment is not a bad thing! Fiberglass finish is not intended to be the final finish. Small blemishes in the finish are not a sign of a low quality product. Prep (fill/sand/prime) & paint is always recommended if you're after a factory look. Sure, you can get away with unpainted on a white truck from 5' away (or go full on brorunner aesthetic), but don't expect the fiberglass finish to be perfect. This is normal. That all said, I'm a happy customer and won't hesitate to point others to McNeil and order from them more in the future. Set your expectations right, pull the trigger, and enjoy a great product! read more

Not satisfied all !! Like others, my fenders for my 1995 4runner didn't line up at all! I know it's fiberglass but I've had other brands and they were only a little off but these are Not even close.I had to modify my right fender to fit. It also has cracks and holes on the fenders, very unhappy with this. Not professional at all I don't recommend them to anyone. read more

Once I got them I had to spend at least 25 hours sanding and filling the run even finish they gave me. They also didn't fit right the front of the fender stuck out 1/2 inch past the hood. read more

Don't ever do business with this company. If you have them do fabrication work, they will take shortcuts and do subpar work and make every effort to cover it up. They will then tell you that you are on your own for the repairs and replacement of broken parts. Their welding skills are horrific. Please do not have them weld anything that is structural, safety or suspension related. It's a complete joke. McNeil racing doesn't actually exist in the US. It's based on Mexico. Their lemon grove address comes back to Perry fab and fiber which is the father who doesn't do business anymore. Since they are a company in Mexico you will have less chance of recuperating money lost from their "work" I was warned on the race truck sites that their fiberglass was ill fitting and sub par quality and they do as little as possible to protect the product when shipping. I took the chance of having them do the install. Their product so they should know what to do. I also asked them to build a tune bumper and a few other bits of work. When I went to pick up the truck at 11 am to inspect it (I had to get on the road and drive 10 hours north immediately) they didn't bring the truck to me until late evening after the sun went down. They didn't complete multiple items on the work order yet still tried to charge me, only told me about a broken part as I was about to discover it with my cell phone light and then when I got the truck into light I noticed the fabrication work was down right dangerous, the bed and grill were not even bolted back to the truck, they broke multiple cowl pieces under the windshield and engine bay trim, they lost parts of the Baja design lights they wanted for spacing for the new bumper. It took 6 weeks of trying to hound them down and they finally offered a $200 refund to a shop that would complete the repairs. The repairs cost thousands. After people saw my truck at a shop doing the repairs people wanted to know what happened on social media. Before I even mentioned the companies name they took that as a reason to retract their shit $200 with strings offer. Go google the McNeil name and the automotive scam. They would like people to think that is a different member of the family. But it seems like this part of the family is doing the same. read more

I ordered four fenders for my 2000 Ford Ranger step-side. I was told it would take six to eight weeks for delivery. After nine weeks I emailed them and they responded that the fenders had been shipped the previous Friday and gave me a shipping number. After anther week I looked up the shipping number and it was not a good number. I called and they told me they must have given me the wrong number and gave me another number. I looked that number up and guess what, that number was no good either. I called back and they said there was obviously a mix-up with the shipping company and that they would get it corrected right away. After another week I still had gotten my fenders. I called back and they said I should be getting them any day and gave yet another shipping number that I looked up and could not find it either. I filed a claim with my credit card company since it was now approaching the 90 day cut-off when I would not be able to get help from my credit card company. The credit card company investigated and then returned my money. About two weeks later the fenders show up. I refused acceptance and will never recommend this company again. They flat lied to me at least three times. This was a $1400.00 order and if they will treat a customer like that over a $1400.00 order imagine how much they would care about smaller orders. read more

I had Mark, Perry, and there team do a complete rebuild on my truck and I could not be happier. I used them for pretty much all there departments paint, fiberglass, fabrication, wiring, and plumbing. There conversion fiber glass fits perfect (you'll never find a better quality/fit from any other company out there). The fabrication/ welding is top notch as well. They tuck tube very well with tight tolerances. In all there departments they alway go above and beyond what you asked for. They also always meet your deadline no matter what it takes. McNeil racing has basically helped scam me out of $800. I ordered a pair of 4th gen Fiberglass fenders though a vender - $350 + $150. They wanted me to drive two hours to pick them up from a bus greyhound station. I pushed back and requested they be sent freight. They must have been pissed about it because they sent me a very crude pair of fenders that were so bad I didn't bother getting a rework quote. I understand Fiberglass needs to be reworked by a body shop but these were BAD. Since McNeil was lagging behind on working on a return to them, I opened a claim on PayPal and was instructed by the vendor to ship them back to McNeil's address and I would get a refund immediately. I was in contact with both McNeil and the Vendor and both instructed the same address. Then the vendor denied my refund saying I shipped it to the wrong address. McNeil signed for my return and won't respond to any E-mails for support on my refund. Shipping back to McNeil was $300. I'm out a total of $800, McNeil doesn't care and is actively making sure I do not get a refund. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. Due to their lies as well as my vendor's working against me on PayPal I'm going to have to inquire with the BBB and if that doesn't work go through small claims court. My forerunner front fenders are perfect, painted to match and installed correctly. We have had major bodywork done to Several vehicles and all kinds of mechanic work over decades by Perry McNeil and his hard-working, quality oriented, best value team. I could list dozens of blessings provided by the Mcneil family way above and beyond anything imaginable. Once I had a truck with a 14 foot camper blow the motor while towing a trailer coming back from the desert. Perry and his family were at Sunday night dinner and they came from San Diego and Arizona to separately tow the trailer and load the truck on another trailer and tow everything back to San Diego. Another time I was headed to Oregon to see my father Who is in the hospital with a serious head injury. Perry delivered to55 gallon barrels of fuel to make it all the way up there and back and would not take a dime. Time after time i've seen him help people out at a level unheard of normally. Hood fit great right out of the box fenders took some massaging to squeeze my 35's and that shit took forever because they are soo thick (which is a good thing). BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BAD QUALITY PARTS FENDERS ARE SHIPPED NOT FINISHED. I bought a set of fenders and they arrived damaged, i let it go and fix them before painting them. Once we started installing them we found out 2 brackets had issues. 1 bracket was to long and would not allow to sit flush with the door to much work to make it right. 2nd bracket was missing on the fender where the headlight mounts on the bottom so the headlight is loose now. They never even bothered molding in this bracket. Completely missing so the fender is defected and they will not do anything about it. I told them and all they said was that they are painted and wont do anything about it now. Well geuss what I will posting reviews everywhere online about this BS company making bad products and not standing behind their product. They even asked me what I wanted from them after telling them what I will be doing since they did not even care and now no responds. Stay away people their quality of work is crap. I seen china products made better. Very bad quality they do not do mounting brackets right. Either missing or wrong length and only way is to remold them to fix it. Their molds are BAD!. read more

I bought a whole front end with quater fenders, cage, and bed sides... nothing fits.. not even close. Instead of 3 weeks it took 3 months to get the product.. everytime i called there was a new excuse.. and the product came dinged up, poor molding, and didnt fit anything.. very disappointed and wont be using them again for other builds in the shop. read more

Only a few people touch my cars and my trucks after talking to the owner a few times I had them do a new Pre Runner style bumper on my 2000 Dakota 4x4 and they had a 2day turn around with bending the 3in chromoly tubing, welding, powder coating, tow hitch for towing when 4x4ing or a movable wench. Very professional people and know what they are doing. Like I said only 2 shops have ever touched any of my cars, trucks, motorcycles and this will be a business that I will go to for my truck. read more
