I had called him because my husbands truck was doing somethings that weren't normal and he came out and told us exactly what needed to be fixed and two days later he was able to work on the truck. Sam isn't someone that's going to try to charge you for a bunch of extra things too which was a huge relief too. You always hear horror stories of shops doing that but he didn't. I would highly recommend coming here for all of your needs.

We were told prior to placement that there would be a warranty of 12,000 miles/12 months by Carl. Who is lets just say very unprofessional, to say the least. At the end of the day around their close time he told us with sustain that he was DONE messing with our car, even though it was not finished. As a result the business owner/partner came out and reminded him that we were payed customers and to show some professionalism. On our day back home, two tires lost tread leaving wires exposed and the probabilities of a flat. Two days later a bubble surfaced on a third tire in the front passenger side, and sure enough driving down the freeway it blew! THIS MAKES THREE-3 tires newly purchased needing to be replaced, all within one week. The BEST PART, when I called Carl to let him know he denied the warranty, refused to replace or refund anything. Then continued to verbally bash me, using profanities and hung up right after telling me GOOD LUCK! When I called back he continued to hang up on me and I quote,"I can do this all day little girl". SO AGAIN BEWARE OF THIS "SHOP" they will take your money, rip you off and be completely unremorseful about it. P.s. when I took it to a legit automotive facility, the back tires were put on backwards which lead to the tread loss and exposure. Only placing a star bc its required. They don't deserve that.

Called the local Ford dealership and they told us they'd charge $230 just to diagnose it! This was the same dealership who charged us $100 to diagnose a problem with the turning signal a month before. I wouldn't recommend the dealership. W&W however was amazing! These guys took the truck and as it was I was expecting a $500-$1000 job because all we could figure was the fuel pump was array. They ran the diagnosis, told us what was wrong and the cost. 3 days later we drove out of the shop having only paid $326. The were polite and knew their trade. I'd recommend this shop to anybody.

I was told the other wheel needed the same fix. No problem for me, I am driving to the Smokies for Christmas & it would or could be dangerous to drive without the simple fix on the right front wheel, it's an older car. When I called to make my appointment I was shocked at the rude behavior I received & frankly it hurt my feelings that I had already spent money with them before & it was suggested I get the right wheel fixed as well.
