I went in today and ask the older gentlemen working in the store if the were going out of business. He said they had product in the back but it had not been bagged. He stated he was waiting on another employee to come in and bag the product. it was 1:15 pm. If the inventory is not out we can"t buy it!! They have also started selling their top shelf products in bulk. It is hard for people to spend in excess of $100+ dollars on an item then get home and find out you don't like it. Your pretty much stuck. I really used to like this store but lately not impressed with the product or lack there of! The owner is super nice but needs to go back to the business model he used when he opened the store!! If it's not broke don't fix it!!

I couldn't help to think that this store was exactly similar to going to the fruitful yields back home in Chicago. The store layout felt absolutely familiar even though I have never been to the store in my entire life. This store had a great selection of grocery items, snacks, grab and go beverages and vitamins at the very least. They even had some non alcoholic drinks as well with some hard to find items. Prices were unfortunately a bit High for most of the items. Overall, I do think that the store is worth checking out and it's a bit cheaper than going to Earth Fare nearby.

I came in to get coils and I honestly could not remember what kind I need so I brought my vape in with me. Ben asked what size and I told him I was not sure he looked up my number and got coils. I walked out to the car and remembered that the last time I was here the lady got the wrong one, no big deal we laughed and traded them out for the correct one. So I walked back in and told Ben that I remembered what happened last time and that these were the wrong ones. I took my coil out of my vape and showed him. He got the right ones, which was not his fault at all, and before I walked away I was scolded by Ben. He told me that next time to make sure I know what coils I need so I don't mess things up. Then he grabs papers to show me I have caused a mess. I hate that I couldn't remember what I needed but that's why you have customer service. I love the store and I've liked everyone before, but this man was incredibly rude.
