Booked the car into the Yeerongpilly store (which is on the way to work for me), they were extremely professional, provided excellent service, useful suggestions and advice, and rectified all of my issues. Have not been back to the Stafford store to see if the problems I encountered have been taken care of, but management at Fulcrum Suspensions definitely care about the thoughts and concerns of their customers, so definitely give them a go, and if there are any further dramas let their management know and they will be on top of it (which is much much better than some other companies I've dealt with!) A++ for listening and fixing the problem, hopefully future customers at this store receive as good as service as I received at their Yeerongpilly store.

They did only what was necessary and didn't rip me off. They rang me and gave me a quote before they began tackling the job. I was able to book in for the day I wanted and got it back that arvo all fixed & ready to go. They had the experience, dedication and the technology to diagnose and resolve the issue. Other services since have always been informative and their communication is clear and precise. They even tracked down a spare part for me from a wreckers (other centres didn't even try and only recommend new parts). Can't fault them at all! Price: Very reasonable. Location: Parking on premises but also has ample on-street parking. Also reasonably close to the city but definitely not walking distance. For example my family member was quoted $3000 for faulty breaks, axle, throttle body etc by another mechanic. I took it to Kedron for second opinion and they could not fault the car. Another example with my dad when Toyota told him that his van needs a new Axle and bushings cause it was cracked. He took it to Neville, who showed there were No cracks or damage, even took photos of it to show it to Toyota. Great people! Esp. Neville and Russell.

No refund. Took it to another workshop, and found 3 leaks, one of them caused by Kedron Car Electrics and Air Conditioning by overtightening a nut after regassing it. They regassed a leaky system. NO REFUND.... Dont be silly like i was and take your car here
