Love the greeting you get when you walk in the door. Everyone is very helpful and kind. You can…read moretell most everyone is truly happy there. The worship service is off the charts! Truly amazing! The children's services are amazing as well. The children's pastors are compassionate and really strives to meet our children's needs. The head pastor is very relatable in his preaching. You can tell he truly cares for his 'flock', and most everyone there has great love for him and his family. A really great church to be a part of! I hate people think that this church is only out for the money. This church does its part in supporting missions, the local community, and their members. Churches have to have money in order to meet the needs of the members and community it is in. The Bible gives the example of tithing and this concept comes from God. No one likes to part with their money, but if you only understood that it's not about the money, but giving back to God's 'house' to provide for God's family within those church doors. More-so it is to give out of a pure heart back to God. All he asks is for 10% of what he's providing you. This church does not ask nonmembers to give to the church at all. They provide multiple ways for people to give out of convenience for the church members. This church has so many ministries God has put on peoples hearts seeing the need. One if which is to have a fully accredited private school from grades preschool to 12th grade! This school is a ministry out of this church, not a separate money maker. The staff and teachers are really great to work with and honestly I hate being asked for money above my tithe and then school fees but just because this is a church doesn't mean it has to look and function as if we were in a third world country. I believe it is important that the local church meet the needs of its members and community and just sometimes God doesn't tell all of us outsiders what the church needs to accomplish this. God provides for His church and its needs through those who have a pure heart and those he's moved to do so. If you don't wish to give don't. If you don't believe in what this church is doing, don't give, don't attend. It is a personal thing. There are millions of churches out there. Show me one that doesn't need money to function as God set up the local church to function. I'm not talking about tv pastors. I'm talking about churches that are in the trenches with their members and community and who support missions in other locations nationally and internationally.

As a mature believer it saddens me to make these comments. But the time is short and the it's time…read morefor the people of God to wake up and get into divine alignment with the word and the kingdom of God. The leadership of this church is blinded by the things of the world and uses things of the world mask as spirituality. Each year they promote a month of movies at the church with popcorn and soda. And yes they call this spiritual. It's a lie from hell and does not stand up with scripture in 1 John 2:15- do not love the world ....

I give this non-denominational church 5 stars. Now, I'm not the church-going type. I consider…read moremyself agnostic, but I went here when I was younger due to neighborhood friends going here and bringing me, my sister, and my mother along. They have (or had at that time) an AWANA program one night a week for the kids to learn the bible in a fun way, and play games and such. I went there a few times, had fun, but it was more b/c of the social aspect than anything else. I will say that everyone I know who is the church attending type, and goes here, loves it. (One person being my mother). Also, they have a really good community, and help each other when in need. (i.e. a large family had their main provider pass away, and the church helped them out in every way possible). This is what I think a church should be like... and if I lived in the area, and was religious... I would most likely go here.

Pastor said God doesn't create evil. Please explain this…read moreverse pastor: Isa 45:7  I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things. Sure, everyone is nice and friendly and welcoming just like any other church, after all, "put on Sundays best right?!" Problem is, what did Jesus say? Mat 23:27  Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men's bones, and of all uncleanness. And another reminder of what Jesus instructed: Jhn 4:24  God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. To say God does not create evil is not truth. On another note, the presence of the Holy Spirit was not there. A lack of love, it's more of a facade. Be careful people. Looks can be deceiving. Mat 23:28  Even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity.

I have been a parishioner of this church for 8 years, and it has been an amazing experience. The…read morecommunity is very friendly, including the priests, deacons, greeters, and everyone else, who have all been very inviting. For example, Father Vacaro is known to take families out to dinner. That's just one of many examples I can think of off the top of my head. This church is so good that it won the 'Best Place to Worship' and beat non-profit organizations in Ashburn for 2026! Debunking false reviews: 1.) I saw a review from a non-Catholic Christian complaining about the church receiving communion. If they knew about the Catholic church, they would understand we take communion very seriously. Please look into it. 2.) I saw a review claiming that the parish repeatedly requests donations. In my 8 years here, that has never been a problem, and I don't think anyone would target you specifically without reason. That is all the debunking I will do for today. Have a good day.

Of course she was, she's not Catholic. Anglican is very close to Catholicism but it is NOT Catholic. We take the Eucharist very seriously, it's not simply symbolic... in any case, my wife and I visited this church for Mass while on vacation in Virginia and we felt very close to our Lord. God bless you all!
