We had to walk the house and note the unacceptable work, send pictures to the salesman and a crew showed up at our home at 7pm at night to "correct the issues". The issues that we were concerned about were in the contract. The salesman kept saying "you're getting a new roof" however this is a patched roof with new shingles. That is in the contract, but the representation is skewed and he claimed we were getting something we were not. The salesman said they don't get paid until the job is done and you are satisfied, however he wanted full payment whether we were satisfied with the work or not. He was very condescending and insulting. My advice, skip this middle man that represents Roofing Solutions, and find a contractor yourself.

Alliance gave me a roof, interior ceiling repair, and power washed the house for less than some companies would do just the roof. I was warned by some that cheaper isn't always better; however, I stand by the work they did for me. I have 3 cats and was worried that one would escape out the door. All I had to do was ask the men to be careful and they were. No problems with the kitties. Once I gave them the start-up money, they had all the work done in a week.
