My other two tickets were reduced to parking tickets with zero fines, zero surcharges, and fines capped at $150 each. I went in with a lot at stake and walked out with an outcome I'm incredibly relieved about. I watched him in court and he did not back down. He was prepared, stated the facts clearly, and was assertive with the judge when he needed to be. He knew exactly when to push and how to say it. I'm glad I had him representing me. So I decided to call him up. He picked up the phone very quickly and explained my case to him. I told him that it needed to be dismissed or else I wouldn't be eligible to get hired. John Carney assured me that he and his team would handle it. Time goes by and he tells me that he found evidence to convince the DA that I was innocent and all of my charges were completely dismissed. His fees were extremely reasonable and much less than the other lawyers I called. Through out the months I have worked with Mr. Carney and his legal team, I found them to be highly responsive, honest and very knowledgeable.
