They cut it wrong and i was stuck because no one in Watertown could cut another key or tell me why it wasn't working. Stephen came to my house, cut three keys in under an hour for only slightly more then the dealership would have been able to order a single factory key from kia. He also gave me two spare keys. I highly recommend calling him first. He is affordable and professional and i am so thankful that someone was able to help get my Mom van back on the road.

That night, the issue happened again. I called the next morning, and they told me I needed a deadbolt cause the fix didn't work, and they'd be right over. I thought "oh here we go". But nope, super professional with an upgraded deadbolt for $55, re-using same casing. You can feel the better difference in using the lock. Also took apart door handle to check it and tightened loose screws. Worth the $125 minimum service call fee. I called them first cause I knew who they were as I have driven by their Bath Rd shop for decades. Five stars in their professional, honest, expert in their craft and reasonably priced service gets 5 stars in the review. Call no one else. Brightman's is the only locksmith you need and want.
