Sent from office to office one location to the next self-help center wait lines phone calls and then the limited ability to provide guidance I learned firsthand that if I didn't understand the terminology of what I was looking for they were just going to give paperwork and forms that would further hinder my efforts I was continuously failing at my effort to better protect my child after a tremendous amount of struggle I began searching for law offices that could better understand my situation... the 1 problem I continued to run Into was the unfortunate situation that I did not have 3,000-5,000 retainer To give I felt defeated in being able to care For my child and her development in many ways physical, emotional etc. centered around my financial background, physical capability and state laws. I did speak with Mr Sua along the way and it was a good meeting, however and understandably contact with him is limited. I was not impressed with the support staff, I even had a lawyer swap half way through my case and I was never informed of the change, I happened to call in and I was then advised of the change, even at that time I never spoke to my new lawyer he (Ricardo) was almost non existent again the saving grace was Robin. I feel like that was poorly handled. My retainer never got behind but believe me if it got close there was a call made to add funds, which made me feel like everything was money driven. Sylvia was relentless. I think they are a respected company within the court system but I can't say I'd return if Robin wasn't on the case or Mr. Sua himself.
