THESE GUYS KILLED IT! Rick was very responsive with Texts or Calls. We have two dogs the shed a ton and that is still an understatement. The carpets were pristine and the leather looks brand new. Aside from the fact that they arrived at 8:00am for a 8:30am-9:00am appointment and I specifically requested not before 9:00am, these guys were TREMENDOUS! In the almost 9 years we've owned our trailer we've never paid to have it detailed. We've only ever washed it ourselves, which hasn't hasn't happened in the last 5 years (due to living circumstances), even though we use it often, especially in the winter. It doesn't just sit in storage all the time and never get used, even though that's what it looks like. When we arrived at the park, we looked like the trashy rig amongst the high dollar Motorhomes in our same row. Our full first day here, the moho next to us had Robert's come out and wash their rig. My husband and I literally sat and watched them pointing out the still dripping water from the windows and still dirty awning covers, etc., while also watching the owner of said rig, point out all the places they missed and had to reclean and wipe down. I actually went out there and pointed it out to him, because from our vantage point, we could see the issues better than he could. At the same time, I asked him what he thought about them and if he'd still recommend them. He said, "normally they do a great job." I wasn't convinced, so I started searching on my own for other mobile detailers and came across McGuires. I called and left a vm, Rick called me right back, gave me a quote, and we scheduled an appointment for the following Monday at 9:00am. He could have come the next day (Saturday), but we wanted an early appointment so the guys were fresh and not exhausted from the day and also because we wanted to spend our time on the water, not at the trailer. The pictures don't do it justice. We got a wash and wax. Our rig is so shiny, YOU can see my reflection in the picture of the backend. We still don't stand up to the beauty of those $150,000+ mohos, but at least now we have a fighting chance, haha. She looks amazing!! Thank you McGuires for doing such a great job. I recently bought a new (used) Nautique that had not been waxed in a couple years. The boat previously had a wrap on it and was in desperate need of a good wax after the wrap was removed. I was going to do it myself but was looking around on Yelp and figured I would call Maguire's Mobile Detailing to see if they could meet me at my storage unit and do a quick wax when I got into town. Rick (the owner) answered my call immediately and gave me great options (no hard sell). My intention was to come into town and open up my storage unit for them and wait it out while they finish. To my surprise, Rick was able to get access to my storage unit and detail the boat before I even showed up in Parker. When I arrived a couple days later, I was very happy to see the boat shine which saved me quite a bit of elbow grease. While I was inspecting, Rick happened to drive by because his shop is around the corner and I was able to pay him right on the spot. He spoke to us for a while and said that he uses Maguires products and can offer a concierge type service for boat owners who want to use their boats for the weekend and they can just drop it off with him afterwards for a wash and he will put the boat away for them. Customer service, pricing, and convenience was all excellent. I'm a very satisfied client and will be calling Rick and his company again next time I need a detail. We called McGuire's for a wash/wax on our 5th wheel toy hauler. They were able to schedule us within 2 days of our call. I'm embarrassed to say, our rig hadn't been washed/waxed in a year. McGuire's were here by 7:30 AM and the two young men working went non-stop until just before noon in extreme heat. They worked in unison and did a great job. I'm happy with the results, prices are competitive and the efficiency was on point. I would absolutely use McGuire's again and have already had a few of our neighbors get their rigs cleaned as well. read more

I would give this company 10 Stars if they had it x10 I wanted to surprise my boyfriend and have our 25' Party Barge Pontoon Boat Detailed last June. I was given McGuire's Mobile Detailing in Parker AZ from a friend, so I called and the Next day they came out to Black Meadow Landing RV Resort where we keep our Boat and 5th Wheel stored for our camping trips. I cant say enough good things about this company. They are Very professional, Friendly, Honest guys & very competitively priced. My boyfriend is very picky & was extremely happy with the detail job that was done on our Pontoon. I called McGuire's again this week to have our VERY OXIDIZED 35' Montana 5th Wheel, Deoxidized, polished and Roof Treated. Wow! What a difference, once again an Excellent job! THANK YOU SO MUCH! Great work and for a while our go too rv, boat, water/sand toys and vehicle wash/detail. Then last year, I called and paid almost $200 to have them wash my parents trailer and boat. Paid them and we had to reschedule the time. Told them to keep money for service in a couple weeks when we return. Called and texted, no response for weeks, then months and a few more months. Then one day, they picked up, apologized and owner said he had family health emergency issues. I of course felt terrible and more compassionate towards the disconnect. He requested I send my address and he promised that it might take a few weeks but he would issue a check back to me. Waited and waited, waited some more, calls and texts go unreturned again...of course now all this patience and understanding has done is left me unable to make a bank claim to get funds returned as it's been too long. Again, their work is great, their business skills and customer relations are just terrible! File this one under UNRELIABLE! read more

After the first week I could see how hard the water had been on the boat. So I called Rick and he was more than accommodating! We made an appointment for the day I was leaving. He said it would take 5 hours for the FULL detail. In just over 4 hours Rick called and said it was done. We arrived to pick up the boat and I could not believe what an amazing job they had done. The green was gone from the bottom of the boat. The water spots and dullness on the rest of the boat GONE! Dear Debbie D. and to all who read her review suggesting poor customer service. Not the same Rick McGuire I just dealt with!!! I wish I could give enough stars to offset her negative review, but since I can't, let me share my experience. I came to Parker, AZ a couple weeks ago pulling a 2017 Cardinal Fifth wheel trailer with a white 2017 3500 HD Denali pickup. My wife was behind me in her 2013 BMW 328 i. The car, the truck and the trailer had not been detailed for a long time because we are in the midst of relocating from Cali to AZ. My son is a Parker resident and when I asked if he knew of an exceptional detailer, he gave me Rick McGuire's information. He warned me that Rick was busy and that he wasn't the cheapest guy. But, he said he was the BEST! I could go in to detail about how great my truck looked when I got it back from him. I'll just say it looked better than the day I picked it up from the dealer. Not an exaggeration. I'd rather talk about his excellent communication skills and how punctual he was. Rick kept me updated about the progress while he was detailing my truck and told me when I could expect it. When it was done, he called and offered to deliver it ---W H A A A T?--. Yes, he offered to deliver it to me at the RV park where I was staying!!! That is above and beyond customer service. He did such a great job on the truck (remember, it looked better than new) that I asked him to wash and wax our trailer. I also asked him to detail my wife's tired and very dusty Beemer. We went to Cali for a few days and when we got back, we had a beautifully detailed trailer and the Beemer looked like knew...again! During the course of this experience, I had a few times when I wanted to talk to Rick and I think there was only one occasion when he did not take my call. He promptly returned the call and I just have a very difficult time thinking he is not always that professional. If you just want a car wash, don't waste your time. If you want a great job detailing your toys or daily driver's Rick McGuire, McGuires Detailing Service, has got to be the best. I could not be more pleased and only wish I was going to be a Parker resident. I may have him detail my stuff when we come to town for family visits. Thank you Rick to you and your entire crew. Very poor customer service. Tried to connect with Rick twice. The first time, he was busy but said to call when I was on my way to Parker and he would see what he could do. I called, left several messages, but no return call. Thought I would give him the benefit of the doubt and tried him a second time. He said he had 4 guys working with him that day, and again, told to call him on my way to Parker. I did just that, and AGAIN, never answered his phone, and again NO RETURN call!!!!! read more

Bad customer service. Horrible car wash and wax job. Called Rick to resolve the problem. All i got was excuses . Rick did come out to take pictures and agreed it was a bad job, but that was it.
