It was late at night and all repair shops had already closed. I had to call a tow truck and the driver recommended I have him take my car to Don's so that is what I did. I thought I may be stranded there for a day or two while getting the problem sorted out but thanks to Don, I was wrong. I called Don first thing next morning and told him I really needed to be back on the road as soon as possible so he got right on it. He called around to find the alternator, then gave me a ring back to give me the price quote. It was much lower than I expected and he said he could have it finished in a couple hours. Sure enough, less than 2 hours later he gives me a call to let me know it is finished and that he will come pick me up at the motel so we can get back to his shop and settle up. When we got back to the shop I mentioned to him that the brake light on my dash had been on for a few days as well so he popped the hood, added some brake fluid and voila! The light went away. To keep a long story (fairly) short, Don's Valley Repair is top notch! If I lived in that area, I would not hesitate to take my vehicles there for any service I needed. Don himself is a class act and I wish him well there in Lebanon. Save yourself the headache and TAKE YOUR CAR TO DON!!!

Towed my car because It shut off & had a cam sensor/ position Code. Left with a Dead battery & Low engine power code. Needed an engine swap & the shop said they couldn't handle it. Wasted $102 (Diagnosis Fee)after they depleted my batteries. Wasted $$$ for towing fees taking the car there & out. I Towed my Car in explaining the engine codes for I had a Camshaft Code(as seen in the photo). I expected they would at least check the solenoid & camshaft. The "shop" tried driving the car into the bay got stuck & killed the battery. A new code "low engine power" popped up. This "shop" tried telling me that crank pulley was loose(this pulley doesn't use belts or serve a purpose in hybrids). I had to tow my car out of the shop because they was not competent to work on the engine. What's worst is they had to ask me how to jump start the car & turn on the car(push to start). Then say "sorry our insurance doesn't allow people in the shop". These "mechanics" were way over their head & didn't want me in the shop to see their gross incompetence. They then threaten to fight me, but judging by how they "work" on cars I doubt they can do that right.
