Should have ordered elsewhere when the discount we had been promised as a return customer was not given until we pushed for it. Long story short measurements were wrong and the salesman would not accept that the blinds were not correct, he took them away on our request to get reduced in width to then return 5 weeks later with the same width of blind to refit! Neither salesman or manager were professional or friendly & it was quite intimidating when they were in our home & both telling us that there was nothing wrong with the blinds they had fitted. All 3 blinds ended up being remade & fitted, again had issues on the day with the blinds with the salesman first saying he could not do anything but all it took was a fixing on the back to be reattached ,still not a perfect fit as one sits further over the side window compared to the other but don't want them in our house again so requested a discount which was agreed but would have preferred to received the service they advertise and blinds that we were 100% happy with. Would not recommend this company

We had a very bad experience with the Aberdeen Blind Co…read more Having 5 sets of blinds fitted in a new flat, we were first very disappointed to discover that only 4 sets of blinds were ordered, and therefore we would have to wait for the 5th set, meaning someone had to take more time out to wait for fitting. Secondly, whilst fitting the blinds, the fitters got the blinds mixed up and we were left with mismatched half and half venetian blinds in 2 rooms. Thirdly, and worst of all, the fitters damaged the new carpets with their dirty boots, entering every room in the flat dragging a deep rust-coloured staining. However, it must be said that despite the manager's unhelpful manner on the matter, a carpet cleaning service was offered at their expense. We will not be using them again.
