He was also supposed to replace the hanging rail, which was still bent on at least one corner and looked like the original. When I brought up the idea to him of a discount for the very lengthy delay and the fact that he did not complete what we originally spoke about and were quoted for he seemed appalled, cussed at me and cited many personal problems as the reason to why our job was not done. I basically told him that was not my issue, and he lost his mind, even though he had not fulfilled the obligation of the job we originally discussed. He then proceeded to cuss me out and tell me I could keep my fucking money and that I was sorry piece of shit that didn't want to pay my bills upsetting my 85 yr old parents whose house this work was being done on. I asked him to leave. I went outside a few minutes later and was greeted by calls of fuck you and other expletives coming from Justin's track. He then re-approached me in an aggressive manner. At which time I simply told him he could go to which he responded with more aggressiveNess and cussing. He finally jumped in his truck and tore away like a pissed off teenager. I have never seen such unprofessionalism and lack of respect for a customer, especially in front of their elderly parents. I will never use this company again and revise extreme caution as this person can obviously become very upset and aggresive very quickly.

He immediately told me the top was cut by a machine and that it was wrong when he placed it on the table. He redelivered a new top within a short period of time and it is perfect. So, getting pissed, I ask if they really expect me to miss two days work waiting on them. The lady told me they call with a 15 minute notice. As if, we all work in a place that close let alone being able to get off work that fast. They are again, one of many central Texas businesses with low work ethics and no quality to their services at the price they charge. A hard no on quality, price and service.

We had to rip out some of our soffit to get them out, and in doing so left a big hole that squirrels and possum started getting into. So we wanted to fix that, as well as go around the entire house and caulk up any other little holes to prevent wasps from doing it again in the future, along with keeping other bugs out. I reached out to 10+ companies/contractors and quite a few wouldn't do it because it was too small of a project. Then only 2 of 5 of them came out the day they said they would. Of those two, only EMC understood exactly what I was asking for and even found a piece of rotting wood under a window that needed to be replaced (the other company said our siding looked great and didn't need any other repairs ). And when the quotes came in EMC was significantly less expensive despite doing more work, since the other company was only repairing the soffit while EMC repaired that, caulked areas all along the house that needed caulking, and replaced that piece of wood. After I paid the bill, they got me in their schedule quickly and kept me updated on any changes as the weather caused some delays. Once here, they got everything fixed in less than a day, painted and cleaned up, and gave reccs on what else needs updating soon. Overall they were extremely knowledgeable, did great work, easy to communicate with, and reasonably priced. Will definitely come back to them if we need help on our next project.
