After being rearended at a stoplight early last year, I've been dealing with a myriad of health issues related to the accident that upended my normal life. Yet, despite it being a no-fault accident on my end, I continued to be hounded by the other driver's insurance to submit my (still ongoing) medical bills so that they could close my case, often withholding the detail that I legally had much more time to submit them. As I entered my 5th month of rehabilitation (and calls from them), I asked my aunt (a paralegal) if she trusted anyone to take my case and she referred me to McGee and Lerer. It was the right call. I have greatly increased my uninsured coverage since then, but it would have been nice to have increased it before my accident.
