Lots of equipment but it is really hot inside. They have the thermostat set to 25 degrees C. And it feels much hotter than that. Also, the staff are rude. One particular short stocky lady with long hair in a ponytail that works there is especially rude. I was staying at the Marriott next door and had used McFit several times and had registered and filled all the necessary paperwork out on my first visit. She was insisting that I fill it out again and while I was filling it out AGAIN she snatched it from my hand and said that's it. So, obviously it really wasn't necessary she was just giving me a difficult time. I asked my fellow travel companions that were also using McFit and they said they only filled it out once. read more

Maybe it's cause I'm American and the customs are different, but I showed up a hour before closing to get some lifts in , usually my workouts are an hour . But I go there and the guy says I need a towel and my passport, which I haven't heard before in any gym across the world , but I say I don't have it on me . I'm assuming it's a high class gym so that is understandable. I ask is there any gyms nearby that would be open he knows , and apparently not . Unbeknownst to the worker, my hotel was a 3 min walk away. I come back with passport and towel in hand , and he says I'm closing the gym now , but there is a whole 55 mins to go as I check my clock . I'm disappointed cause he could have told me that when I left the first time . Lol but while I leave other members who I would assume are gym members are clocking in to lift after me . I could only simply say to the worker "you could have told me that the first time " , but bro just wanted to close the gym . Make it make sense , I been to gyms in Sorrento, Ancona , Rome , Milan , various parts of DR , i could excuse it all , but if it's one thing anyone hates , it's wasted time read more

I'm in Naples for a week. I asked if they would sell me a day pass and they said they do not sell those. I asked how much a monthly pass was and they said they could not sell me one because I'm not an EU citizen (or maybe because I'm not Italian). Awesome gym. Largest space and selection of equipment I've seen around Napoli centro- like any large gym back in the US. Be aware this is not the US so some things are different. They don't do day passes, but offer monthly recurring that can be cancelled. Easy signing up took 5 min; they do monthly bank account debiting, (which is normal for recurring contracts in much of Europe) so have your details. read more

Nice surprise! I have had no clue, that they have such an exhausting range of equipment and video training courses. Apart from the fact, that everything is "fake" (trainer via video, brigg-wallpaper, ...) it´s a nice athmosphere!! In case you don´t need an exhaustive wellness area, the Mc Fit is a good choise! 20€ p.month anly!!! Other members are friendly. During peak hours it´s more than crowded, but you will find easily one threatmill for you. I will come back again. read more
